In episode 1 it already show how powerful Onoda can be in cycling even tho he was using a mommy bike. That is why Imaizumi feel so uneasy and bothered. Imaizumi build a tension between Onoda. The quality of the animation is very consistent showing every emotion of each characters

The finale is here! This season ends right at the final stretch of the 2nd day of the race, which makes it an awkward place to stop but honestly the episode was amazing! The title of the episode truly does embody the energy of the entire episode! Seeing Sohoku rise up has been incredible to watch!

This episode was really interesting to watch. I don't know how I feel about it just yet. The tension, the pacing was there. It was focused mostly on Midorisuji's team, Kyoto Fushimi, and Hakone. The dynamic between the two teams is very interesting because of their ideologies. Kyoto Fushimi is a team that only wants to win no matter what. And they will get rid of teammates that are considered dead-weight. Midorisuji will do that. Hakone was also very much win-focused before, but they have grown now, they are much more of a team. So it's interesting to see how the dynamics play out in this episode. As always, I hate Midousuji very much.

This was such a bright episode to watch. We are with Sohoku again and it was just an amazing episode to watch. The bright supportive energy that Onoda brings to the entire team is such a joy to watch. And we also see it not just from Onoda, but also from the other members of the team, the support members of the team, who are all still cheering on Sohoku. Overall, it was an amazing episode!!

I really like this episode! It was focused on Sohoku, which is great. We see the other members and how they're doing. We also then see them building themselves back up and them being the underdogs. The rest of the episode is focused on the confrontation between Midousuji's team and Hakone. And we get to see how Shinkai Hayato truly is when he's in the state of being the true ace sprinter of Hakone.

This was an interesting episode. There was a lot of tension in this episode compared to the previous ones because we got a direct confrontation between Imaizumi and Midousuji, which really put a damp on the whole mood of the episode. On the other hand, we also got a confrontation between Midousuji and Hakone's Shinkai Hayato. And honestly, we know very little of this character. So delving into his backstory was interesting. I really am looking forward to the next episode!

I loved this episode! I loved seeing Onoda's principles and his perseverance come into hand because that is truly one of the biggest things that has grown throughout this entire journey, Onoda's perseverance, his resolve, and his willingness to do what he feels like he needs to do. And that it is an amazing thing to see. I also love when Onoda sings the Love Hime song, it's just the best!

I really liked this episode. It wasn't fully fast-paced since we were dealing with the night before the second day of the inter high. But I liked the soft moments. I liked the pacing because we had kind of a emotional break before going into the tension and anticipation that is the second day of the Inter-High. We're seeing tensions pop up, not within the team, but between teams. The healthy rivalry and also the fierce pressure of just being in the Inter-High. Lastly, we got a massive shock at the end that I did not expect at all. Overall a great episode!

This was an amazing episode. The battle of the aces was more than I expected and didn't just include what I expected, there was also the unexpected, and the results were even more shocking. I really liked the rest of the episode which concludes the end of day one of the Inter-High. However, we do see that the consequences of how hard everyone was pushing themselves, and the pressure is on for the next day's race. All in all, an amazing episode, and I can't wait for the next one.

I loved this episode. This was such a good episode. The backstory of Arakita was interesting to see. It was unexpected yet also very fitting. Also, we got to see Imaizumi grow. I did not like the end jump scare that we were dealt with, however, I know that we do need to deal with it since there's only a few more episodes until the end of the season. Anyways, I am on the edge of my seat!

This was an incredible episode. We finally got to see Makishima and Toudou race and honestly, the end of it, whoever would have won, because there's always a winner, the ending would always be bittersweet because they're both third years. However, I completely loved this episode. The pacing, the flashbacks from both of their perspectives towards each other. The entire sequence was so wholesome and so thrilling to watch. I was so invested, which is an amazing thing for anime to pull me into it even more than I already am!

An amazing episode! Onoda's recovery, the suspense, the action! We also get the first interaction between Onoda and Midousuji in this episode, which was nerve-wracking to say the least. Luckily, it didn't go anywhere and ended quickly. However, I did love seeing how much faith Makishima had in Onoda. In all honesty, I just loved this entire episode. It had me on the edge of my seat and I was clapping by the end of it. Can't wait for the next episode!

I loved this episode so much. We got to see more of Toudou and Makishima's history together. We also got to see a promise between the two of them. I also loved that we got a look into what happened to Onoda and his resolve to continue!

This was an amazing episode. We got into the transition period where all the sprinters came back to the herd. Strategizing for the next part of the race, which was the climb, was starting to happen. Then at the end of the episode, we were dealt with a massively shocking setback. I've never been on the edge of my seat and thinking "this can't be happening?!" in an episode of an anime like this before. I can't wait for the next episode.

This was an amazing episode. It kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire episode! Honestly, I have no words, except for Ganbare! Sohoku! The last Sprint, may the best sprinter win!

This is an amazing episode. We saw more of Izumida's backstory and his determination, which is what we all want to see in a sports anime. Because not only is our main character's team the only team who wants to win. There are other teams who want to win. And seeing those other teams' determination and backstory helps us root for them as well. All in all, a great episode!

We truly get the start of the inter-high race in this episode. We even get a bit more insight into our sprinters and how a race naturally progresses. I also love that we are now seeing more members of the Hakone team as the race progresses.

And so it begins! The biggest thing in all of sports anime, the Inter-High. This is also crazy because it is brought up in the episode, that this is Onoda's first ever competitive race, and it's the Inter-High. That is a lot of pressure. We also get the first concrete interaction between our main antagonist, Midousuji and Imaizumi. It's interesting to see how this will play out in later.

This episode focused more on learning about the history behind the third year's previous year experience at the Inter-High and how the Hakone team captain and captain know each other. It's an interesting and honestly realistic story that you would not expect to come out in a sports anime. However, the truth of the matter is that it did happen. And seeing it happen and seeing the consequences and seeing the aftermath really does put into perspective why the third years are so focused on winning the Inter-High this year.

In this episode we saw Hakone Academy, and in particular we saw Onoda's main cycling rival Manami. We learn his backstory, his motivation to keep cycling. His whole character is someone who isn't malicious or even too competitive. He cycles because he wants to cycle, and honestly that is amazing and it's very in line with Onoda's thinking as well, which is what makes them good, healthy rivals to each other.
