I loved this episode because we get Manami back! He was already introduced, but we get him and he brings out a new flavor from Onoda. It's nice to see that rivalry comes in all different types. We have rivalry that is not productive. And here we have rivalry that is productive. Onoda's rivalry is friendly and competitive with Manami. It's not taken with so much seriousness, but it does help each other to strive and even achieve new heights.

There's something refreshing about slowing things down for a moment. Watching Onoda enjoy the ride reminded me why I liked him from the beginning. Not every episode needs nonstop action to be entertaining. Sometimes these quieter interactions make the characters feel even more genuine and memorable.

I'm glad that Sakamichi is still motivated and having fun. Sakamichi's expression when he's checking Manami's bike is so Sakamichi-coded. The banter between Shoukichi and Shunsuke was still satisfying to watch, they look like kids. I laughed so hard when they showed Makishima's short hair description.
