📖 SYNOPSIS

Michishio Nagasumi's ordinary life is upended during his summer vacation when he nearly drowns and is saved by the mermaid Seto San. Their encounter triggers a dire consequence: according to mermaid law, a human who sees a mermaid must either die or marry the mermaid. To save both their lives, Nagasumi proposes to San. Now, Nagasumi's summer is no longer about relaxation, but about protecting San's secret from being discovered. He must also contend with the complexities of being part of a yakuza mermaid family. The series explores themes of love, family, and the challenges of maintaining a secret in a comedic and often absurd setting.
