Episode Context

Coming off the more action-oriented 'Armageddon' arc where Nagasumi temporarily gained merman powers, episode 12 marks the series' halfway point by shifting gears into relationship-driven comedy, specifically developing the Nagasumi-Lunar dynamic alongside the central Sun romance. This episode serves as a bridge into 'Love Story,' where the romantic entanglements explored here grow more complex, setting up the emotional stakes for the back half of the 26-episode run.
