Episode Context

Positioned at episode 23 of 26, this lands squarely in the series' final stretch where individual character arcs get their resolution before the climax. It follows 'Privilege,' which dealt with the cast's personal challenges, and directly sets up 'Farewell, Friend,' signaling that the emotional stakes are escalating as the show approaches its conclusion. Masa's backstory exploration here adds necessary depth to the Seto clan dynamics heading into the endgame.
