The Devil is a Part-Timer! Season 2 Part 2

This is it, the final episode. I’m glad it’s over. Not that I hate the anime, but at some point it became painfully boring and unamusing to me . I couldn’t find a male character that I truly liked, while among the female characters, I liked Suzuno and Amane the most. Some people really dislike Chiho, but to me she’s quite a normal girl. That being said, I feel like the story never gave Maou enough space to truly hone his skills and powers, what he achieved felt like 50% support and 50% luck. Overall, the animation and soundtrack were decent, the plot was average, but there were still enjoyable comedic moments. I just hope I’ll spend my precious time more wisely next time.

The finale fight was honestly so lit. Even with all the heavy dialogue, Maou treated a massive war like just another casual day at work and it made him look insanely OP. It finally brought back that tense, fun pace from season 1.

Finally feels like classic season 1! Sure, there’s a ton of heavy dialogue to get through, but the intense fights absolutely deliver. The comedy is back on point, it’s fast. The best episode of the season so far🍿🍿

While it still lacks the intense fight we've been anticipating since Episode 7, the dramatic shift was handled perfectly when a shocking truth dropped, delivering a heavy, emotional payoff.

Finally drops the Ente Isla lore we needed. Half of it is just heavy dialogue, but the intensity is finally picking up.

Good episode overall, with a nice balance between comedy and action. The dialogues are much more tolerable, and what I like about the relationship between Maou and Emi is that it doesn’t feel forced or painfully cringeworthy like some of the “couples” I’ve seen in other anime. Let’s see how the fights in the final episode of Season 2 are going to unfold.

We’re getting closer to the final episodes now, and I believe Emi will realize what she needs to do to free herself from the dilemma she’s currently facing. One can only grow and win the battle within themselves first; once Emi makes peace with her mind, I think that’s when everything will start to accelerate and we’ll get a good ending.

Despite the unexpected plot twist, this episode is honestly a total slowdown and feels a bit like skippable filler. It trades the usual comedy for a quiet, moody vibe. The pacing is pretty slow.

This really feels closer to Season 1 again. Pacing is a bit dialogue-heavy, but it still has that familiar charm. Visuals stay pretty steady too. Kinda gives off a nostalgic vibe overall.

Intense action and a booming soundtrack, but it suddenly pulls a 180. The writing shifts from high-stakes chaos to a couple's quarrel, leading to a weird cliffhanger that leaves you completely reeled.

Somehow I'm pretty content with the ending and conclusion of the season. I guess it sets well for the upcoming ones and plus that lore drop that Suzuno explained was lowkey jaw dropping. And also liking the progression between Maou and Emi!!

Really liked this episode!! Lots of amazing and thrilling scenes. Like the little spar Emi and Alciel had looked really epic, especially with their demon and full knight forms on. And then seeing the scooters they brought from Japan was a bit off😭 BUT it was super hilarious when they blasted through with it. Plus, Albert I feel like would've made an amazing character and I wish we got him more. The ending was also such a good conclusion, so I can't wait how they'll wrap it in the next episode✨️

One of the better episodes from the rest in my opinion. First of all, the comedy is back in this one! Subtle humor and funny scenes, but hey, that’s enough for me😭✨ and seeing Maou and Acieth explore Ente Isla was sort of refreshing. And they really made Emi struggle with her feelings and we see such a deeper side of her in this episode!

It’s a relief they finally got to Ente Isla, but I can’t help the feeling that the pacing is just a bit slow. But the plot is definitely thickening, and with them getting closer to Emi, I hope things go down next episode🔥

Acieth constantly being in Maou’s head is lowkey so funny😭 andd I lovedd seeing the brief setting change where we see Emi coming back to Ente Isla✨ the vibes are immaculate honestly. I always loved medieval settings HAHA. And her missing the convenience of Japan is actually gold😭 although, I do really wish the gang back in Japan could speed it up with the planning and do some action already, cause it’s getting quite stretched out here

Alright, that was a pretty fun episode. Very nice pacing and a lot of action happening here compared to previous episodes. And plus, with the addition of Acieth, things got really interesting and entertaining, especially for Maou.

Okay things are definitely getting interesting here. But that lore drop at the beginning was kind of shocking😭and I don’t know what’s going on at Chiho’s place but hope they figure things out next episode!

Awh, I love how everyone is worried about Emi and making a big fuss out of it. But let’s be honest, what she did left my jaw on the floor because we definitely need explanations on what she’s doing.

Now THIS is the episode I was hoping for😭🫶🏻 seeing Emi and Maou together again and Emi struggling to have her act together is GOLD. Plus, the little scenes where Shiro was worried about their spendings was also hilarious. The enemies to lovers is doing its thing here and I really do hope we get more of these kinds of chill but satisfying episode✨ (and notice how there’s not too much Chiho in this one? Exactly. HAHA)
