Synopsis
A brilliant neurosurgeon living in Germany, Kenzo Tenma has everything lined up perfectly, a climbing career, an engagement to the hospital director's daughter, a life of promise. Its a super episode. It very accurate from the psychological point of view and it shows great depth of human nature. As of the story, its the best according to me, there is nothing like it. The last episode especially should be considered the greatest of the whole anime series.
Finally Lunge has figured it out about Johan. Maybe.
I liked how things played out with both Tenma not killing Johan but being willing to shoot Roberto in clear self defense.

The fallout is swift and merciless. Watching a good man lose everything for doing the right thing is genuinely painful. The final scene with the hospital officials is chilling in how casually it's presented.
A quiet and devastating opener. One moral choice in a hospital corridor sets everything in motion. Tenma's conscience costs him everything before the episode is even over. This show means business from minute one.
After dozens of episodes of us being dragged around in circles by a complicated conspiracy, here the story begins to enter its final phase with insane intensity
Giving it that kind of ending was the best thing for the story, it was very moving to see how the characters overcame their traumas and were able to return to their daily lives.
the ending Monster deserves not explosive, but human. Johan in the hospital bed. Tenma the surgeon. full circle. the empty bed at the end will haunt me forever. no easy answers. was there ever a monster, or only men? 10/10 series. 💕💕💕
Johan gets shot by someone else. Tenma races to save him. The irony (lol). the man hunting him is the only one who can keep him alive. and he can't help himself. he's a doctor. ep1 and ep73 are the same episode. genius!! 🧠🧠
Tenma finally has the shot. Everything led to this. the blind spot in his character he can't let anyone die if he can save them. it's his greatest weakness and his greatest strength. and Johan knows!!!! O_o
the night that started everything, finally shown. this ep made me sit in silence afterward. how do you make a monster? this is how. the tragedy is it was preventable at every single step. 🤧🤧
Bonaparta and Johan face to face. creator confronting what he made. Johan's nihilism laid completely bare he doesn't want power. he doesn't want anything.
