📖 SYNOPSIS

Set in the winter of 2117, the story begins with a runaway vehicle crashing into the Public Safety Bureau Building. The driver is identified as Izumi Yasaka, a psychological counselor working at the Sanctuary, a Latent Criminal Isolation Facility located in Aomori Prefecture. Inspectors Mika Shimotsuki and Nobuchika Ginoza are immediately assigned to escort Yasaka back to Aomori. Their mission takes them to the Sanctuary, a facility designed to house and rehabilitate latent criminals. However, upon arrival, they discover that the seemingly idyllic setting of the Sanctuary conceals a darker reality, hinting at a deceptive and potentially dangerous situation. The investigation promises to reveal the true nature of the facility and the secrets it holds.
