I loved it, the start is pretty slow but once you get past the first arc it's really easy to get into, there's many references to actual Japanese myths and a fairly accurate representation of feudal Japan

Visually, this is hands down one of the most stunning things ever made. It feels like watching a traditional Japanese woodblock print come to life, but with a deeply unsettling, psychological horror edge. The Medicine Seller has a magnetic presence from frame one.

A brutal finale that leaves a mark. The final truth is painful. Mononoke ends with rage, sorrow, and zero mercy. Incredible finish! You'll be thinking about it after its over.

Mononoke is a ride of a anime. Ep 1 is an spooky and beautiful start to the show. The inn feels eerie from the first frame, and the art style is instantly hypnotic. The vibes are unlike any other. A chilling opening!

Finally done with this pretty depressing anime, I enjoyed it thoroughly, and it is pretty decent, but I sort of predicted that end. 10/10 anime def a must watch.
