EPISODE REVIEWS

Exciting episode. The train setting feels tight, tense, and hostile from the start. It is a smart shift that gives the horror a sharper social bite.

Episode Context

Episode 10 launches the final multi-part arc of the series, 'Goblin Cat,' following the conclusion of the 'Japanese Chimera' storyline. As the penultimate arc in a 12-episode run, it signals the show's endgame by breaking from its established period settings and pushing into unfamiliar territory. This first part is pure setup, establishing the new cast, location, and mystery that will carry through the series' closing episodes.
