Black Butler

The burning mansion backdrop honestly gives everything a gothic stage‑play vibe. Ciel’s kidnapping, the cult’s ritual, and the way Sebastian cuts through the chaos with that calm and confident demeanor really brings the episode together. The standout moment is of course centered around Sebastian walking through the flames, delivering that iconic line about being “one hell of a butler.”

It about what 'right thing to do' and comedy

A masterpiece of an episode that perfectly balances dark mystery with theatrical horror. The plot twist regarding Grell's true identity is unforgettable, and the fight is impressive.

First season is mid but so nostalgic 🙌

The entire cast is a wonder to watch, and the style, sound and animation are top notch. Plain fun and interesting.

A quieter, eerie ending. After all the chaos, it slows down and focuses on Ciel and Sebastian alone. The final scene, in which Sebastian finally claims what the contract promised, is chilling and fitting for the dark tone the series has built.

The final confrontation with Ash reaches its peak here. Sebastian unleashes more of his true power, and the fight is intense, but what stands out more is Ciel’s resolve. The contract between them feels heavier than ever.

Chaos breaks out as the situation turns violent and the setting literally goes up in flames. The tension that’s been building finally explodes. Ciel stays cold and focused while Sebastian moves through the chaos like he already knows exactly how it will end.

Things start falling apart here as the conflict reaches a breaking point. The truth behind Angela/Ash becomes clearer, and the scale of the plan finally shows. Ciel realizing how deep the manipulation goes is the standout moment.

This one finally puts the spotlight on the Phantomhive servants: Bard, Mey-Rin, and Finny. They decide to handle things themselves without relying on Sebastian for once, which obviously turns chaotic fast.

Ciel attempts to escape the prison facility as the scene grows more dangerous. The episode keeps the tension high as he navigates the chaos and searches for a way out. Once Sebastian gets involved, the balance of the situation quickly starts to shift.

Ciel suddenly finds himself captured and thrown into a grim, prison-like facility, immediately heightening the tension. Watching him try to stay composed despite the situation is interesting, and you can’t help but wonder where his trusted butler is.

The setting progresses to a strange village where rumours about a shinigami broadcast are spreading. The whole situation feels bizarre and unsettling, with people acting oddly. Ciel investigates while Sebastian plays along, but there’s something much stranger behind the scenes.

Tension inside the castle finally breaks as the truth behind the strange events starts coming out. The atmosphere feels heavy, and the situation turns far more disturbing than it first seemed. What stands out is how calmly Ciel faces it all.

The story shifts to a remote castle, giving the episode a classic mystery vibe. The isolated setting makes everything feel tense and a little eerie. As strange events unfold, Ciel starts piecing things together.

Ciel enters a curry competition, and the whole episode turns surprisingly intense over food. Different chefs bring their own styles, and the rivalry gets pretty serious. The stakes are oddly serious for a cooking contest, making it funny and refreshing.

A strange new situation pulls Ciel away from the manor and into a darker part of London. The vibe feels unsettling from the start, with hints that something unnatural might be involved. Sebastian follows him, calm & observant as usual.

A new guest suddenly shows up at the Phantomhive manor and makes himself a little too comfortable. His behaviour quickly throws the household into chaos. Sebastian tries to keep things orderly, but it’s clear this visitor has his own agenda.

The fallout from the case hits hard here. The tone slows down and feels more somber as everything settles. A more reflective side of Ciel is shown, while Sebastian remains steady as always, a quiet reminder of the strange bond between them.
