Ciel enters a curry competition, and the whole episode turns surprisingly intense over food. Different chefs bring their own styles, and the rivalry gets pretty serious. The stakes are oddly serious for a cooking contest, making it funny and refreshing.

Episode Context

Episode 15 serves as the climax of the Indian Butler Arc, delivering on the competitive tensions established in 'His Butler, Supremely Talented' and the broader rivalry between Sebastian and Agni that has been building across multiple episodes. As the midpoint of the 24-episode season, this arc resolution marks a structural turning point, the series transitions directly into 'His Butler, in an Isolated Castle,' signaling a shift toward new mysteries and a darker tonal direction for the back half of the season.
