The action takes a break in this episode, giving us a chance to spend more time with the Yamato crew. It's my favorite episode so far. I really enjoyed the melancholic atmosphere, which gave the characters more depth and made the quieter moments feel meaningful. The special ending sequence was the perfect finishing touch.

The primary conflict against the Gamilas is exceptionally well-crafted, presenting a strategic psychological trap rather than just another standard dogfight.

A laid-back episode with no action. It gave more screen time to each character and had some emotional and touching moments.
