The action takes a break in this episode, giving us a chance to spend more time with the Yamato crew. It's my favorite episode so far. I really enjoyed the melancholic atmosphere, which gave the characters more depth and made the quieter moments feel meaningful. The special ending sequence was the perfect finishing touch.
