Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 4

Rems little comeback this episode was incredible. Even all the reveals were amazing too. soundtrack was on point and visual execution of Od lagna was great.

I genuinely lost my mind when Rem appeared to deliver that Stand Up speech. I had been waiting years for this exact chapter to get animated and the delivery from both voice actors exceeded every expectation I had. Seeing Louis scream in absolute terror right after trying to devour his suffering was the most satisfying thing ever

The episode was really solid overall but I kind of preferred the fan animation's colors for the memory corridor. White Fox still did a good job with the facial expressions though

I love how Subaru is the only one who remembers Julius now and uses that to pull him out of his slump. Their dynamic has come such a long way since season one

I was literally in tears when Subaru struck his pose and declared his full name. Seeing him accept both his amnesiac self and his past self was absolute perfection

Shaula opening fire with Hell's Sniper was so hype and then Lye just showing up at the entrance right after made the tension go through the roof

My favorite part was watching Louis break down after seeing his memories. She tried to mock his whole life and ended up completely traumatized by what Subaru goes through every day

The light novel had a bit more internal monologue during the speech but the voice acting made up for it completely. Hearing Rem speak again gave me chills

Subaru bumping fists with Julius on the stairs was such a solid moment. Julius looking defeated broke my heart but Subaru reminding him who he is was so good

Louis getting a full taste of Return by Death and losing her mind was pure horror. She really thought she could swallow his life and instantly regretted everything

When Rem said stand up I felt that in my chest. Yusuke Kobayashi and Inori Minase were unbelievable today. I am so glad they gave this scene the execution it deserved

My heart was aching for amnesia Subaru when he was crying on the floor and choking Rui in sheer frustration. Rem appearing right at his lowest point to remind him he is her hero was pure perfection

Lye showing up at the lower entrance right after Shaula cleared the dunes was such a dirty cliffhanger. Ram staring him down with pure hatred sent shivers down my spine

Rui getting a taste of Return by Death memories and losing her absolute mind at the end was so satisfying. She thought she could digest all that trauma and ended up completely broken by what Subaru carries every day

Seeing the Leo constellation pop up during that awakening scene had me sitting up straight. Subaru turning the greed authority into a way to bear everyone's burdens instead of being selfish like Regulus fits his character so well

I was so stressed watching amnesia Subaru suffer through that identity crisis with Rui whispering in his ear. The thought of him erasing his current self just to give back the old Subaru was heartbreaking
