Episode Context

Subaru Natsuki entered this stretch of the season with his memories lost and the Watchtower's mysteries escalating. This episode resolves the immediate Meili Portroute confrontation enough to redirect attention toward the tower's remaining trials and threats, with Emilia, Ram, and Shaula still in play. What follows keeps the season balanced between fragile warmth and lingering dread rather than settling into relief.
