Synopsis
Every time he gets anxious, Shinra Kusakabe's feet literally catch fire, a nervous habit unlike anyone else's, and a real problem. In a world where people spontaneously combust and turn into raging flame monsters called Infernals, that's actually a useful skill. Shinra joins Company 8 of the Special Fire Force, a ragtag squad of pyrokinetics tasked with putting down Infernals and figuring out why people keep bursting into flames in the first place. He wants to be a hero. The world just calls him "Devil's Footprints" and assumes the worst. The 24-episode TV series, animated by David Production, leans hard into its fire-based power system, every character manipulates flames differently, and the fights look genuinely incredible. The animation during combat sequences is some of the most fluid you'll see in a shounen, with a soundtrack by Kenichiro Suehiro that nails the atmosphere. Beyond the action, Company 8 has solid team dynamics. Shinra bouncing off the delusional knight-obsessed Arthur Boyle never stops being funny, and there's a slow-burn mystery underneath everything about what's really causing the combustion. If you liked the team energy and power hierarchy of My Hero Academia, or the slightly gothic supernatural vibe of Soul Eater, this hits a similar spot. It also shares DNA with Blue Exorcist in how it handles its protagonist, a kid with a feared power trying to prove he's one of the good ones. The tone is mostly action-packed with humor mixed in, though it gets darker as the conspiracy unfolds.

Great impression, i think will be bored but in the beginning has a great story

Very good first episode to the series. Uses the cold opening to retain audiences attention. Spends the rest of the not doing much but heavily establishes the main character. World building and nakama are minimally introduced. They can be established further later.
In this Episode we get to see the Strongest in Asakusa and the whole of Fire force finally fight, the sound effects are insane especially from the Crimson moon move, overall this is one of the best episodes in the entire series
This is one of the best episodes of the entire series because we get to see the strongest fighter in Asakusa and the whole fire force fight, the Sound effects used are insane and the graphic quality is soo good

Shocking episode. Benimaru Shinmon’s introduction hits hard, Shinra’s expectations about the Adolla Flame grow, and the reveal that his brother is alive left me speechless. Joker raises so many questions, but I’m really starting to like him.
During this episode, it'sintroduced, the new characther Vulcan, also it looks like he is a nice guy, but very dissapointed for the fireforce, I like how Shinra, Arthur and Iris try to show that company 8 its totally different than others.
Now that he has new abilities, Bruns finally tells him the truth behind the incident 12 years ago. Best cliffhanger ever. You would really expect a season 2. Love the animation of the short sparring with Burns again. Shinra finally got stronger!
Not sure what Burns has to say at the end of this. Also another cliffhanger which makes it really intriguing! I really thought it would lead to a happy ending but as I have observed, there'll be a lot more events in the future and possible in the next season! Peak animation!
Literally a whole episode just a 1v1 of Sho and Shinra? Dang I won't ask for more. Not even a single second of this episode is wasted. What intrigued me is they hinted Shinra can Reverse time, Time travel and create a black hole? And a new generation may be created? More!!!
That Sho vs Shinra was so PEAK! The animation we get from their fight is like JOJO but better! No trash in this episode. Also Dr. Giovanni has a really good talent for pissing me of so much. Kudos to OBI despite of having no powers, he tanks everything! Must see episode!
You could literally tell, Arthur being a swordsman fan. Samurai-Knight! Cool yet weird nickname! His fight was short yet disciplined! Cliffhanger on Lisa's part tho and I hope they get her back 😔. Really excited about what's gonna happen next, specially sho vs shinra!
Been waiting for this arc! So excited to see Company 8 confront the Evangelists specifically, Sho! Visually, my fave part is the battle of Tamaki! She's strong and adorable at the same time 😍. So excited. For me, this episode, don't skip, seriously. Comedy overload!
Shinra breaking the sound barrier! I totally love how they applied physics in this episode. Compression for burst! Also Shinra's new skill is peak. He's basically like Superman now? One thing is, enemies can predict that move since he has to use his fingers. But overall. One heck of an episode.
Dang this episode is so hype! Shinra finally meeting Sho! Then Joker trying to protect Shinra?! Is Joker really on the good side? Or he got his own plans as well? Dang I'm filled with emotions and questions! Feel bad for Lisa though. Overall the episode for me is 10/10!
This episode is so messed up. The plot twists are so unreal yet fulfilling. Though it ended in a cliffhanger! Which makes it more exciting since I have something to look forward too! I really do not recommend skipping this episode.
An episode you should not miss. Why? Vulcan, a new character will be introduced which may be a very crucial character and a bad intent of a Captain from the 3rd based on what I've noticed. I really do hope there's a story behind this! Really excited to see what will happen next!
The 8th and the 7th now are in good relations! That fight of Benimaru and the Infernal Evangilist?! The earrape sound of flames and Shinra's Adola Burst was so peak. Though it has not been fully explained yet, I was fully satisfied with the outcome here!
The dynamic duo of Arthur and Shinra. Filled with comedy even if it's in a serious scene! Though the build up for the fight scenes here are for the next episode as well so I am secpecting more!
