Damn. That backstory of Konro. Really heroic tbh. It's good thing they showed a small part of Shinmon and Konro's backstory for us watchers to better understand why they act like that. I was hyped when the Evangelists tricked them. The battle with Team 8 vs Benimaru was so lit!

The tension in this episode was so thick you could cut it with a knife! The animation for the new characters in Company 1 is super distinct and cool. I felt a little bit of dread knowing that a big betrayal was coming.

The arc reaches a peak here. Company 8 is deep into uncovering secrets and things feel bigger than just one investigation. The world building expands a lot and the stakes start feeling global instead of local.
