Fate/strange Fake
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Snowfield, a desert city on American soil, becomes the site of a Grail War transplant that goes wrong immediately. A shadowy organization tries to replicate the legendary ritual from Fuyuki: summoning Heroic Spirits, pitting mages against each other, winner gets an omnipotent wish. Problem is, their copy is broken. The Saber class doesn't summon properly, the system's definition of 'hero' gets warped, and Servants show up that have no business being in a Grail War. A spy named Faldeus is pulling strings behind the scenes, a girl named Ayaka gets dragged into the chaos as Saber's Master, and a child named Tsubaki ends up connected to one of the most dangerous Servants in the war. Nobody fully understands the rules anymore, including the people who designed them. That's the setup for this 13-episode TV series from A-1 Pictures, adapted from Ryohgo Narita's light novels, and if you know Narita from Baccano or Durarara, you already know he thrives in ensemble casts where every character has their own agenda and the story weaves them together like controlled chaos. If you liked Fate/Zero's darker tone or Fate/Apocrypha's larger-scale battles but wanted something that feels less predictable, this scratches that itch. The American setting genuinely changes the atmosphere compared to the usual Fuyuki backdrop. It's dense, it's morally messy, and the unconventional Servant matchups alone make it worth your time.

Saber (Richard the Lionheart) and Ayaka Saijou might just be my all-time Fate pairing after Emiya and Rin. AH man, this season rocked, and I can't wait for more. If you're new to Fate, you can watch the Strange Fake movie to kinda ease you in, but you can also jump right in. There might be some terminology that you might not be familiar with, but DO NOT let that deter you from trying this show out. It's a visual spectacle, and the characters are awesome. It's my favorite Fate series yet.
Servant Vampire and Master clash in battle! Unlike usual fights, this one is presented in a very cool and wild way, with the vampire using all his abilities against a mere human. Hansa Cervantes vs. Jester Karture is portrayed in a truly bombastic way in this episode. Awesome!!
Berserker is very unique here! He doesn’t use close-range weapons but instead uses long-range weapons in the form of arrows. Can he also be called an Archer like in the Fate/stay night series?!
Best Fate series spin off, the must watch anime for everyone
This episode was another chaotic, beautiful mess, with amazing animation and aura farming tailor-made for Fate fans. Just please make sure you complete Fate/Zero before watching this episode, as it can be very confusing otherwise (even more than usual).
What impressed me most about this episode was Sigma's evolution. Her nihilistic worldview transformed into an existentialist one because of the way the girl's parents treated her, seeing her only as an object to win the Holy Grail. An example of instrumentalization in human life.
A terrible day for Tine and her king
One of the best episode, Jack vs Alcides!
Great Alliances are formed!
The "True" Berserker team and the mysterious girl appear!
Excalibur!!!
The unexpected team appears! Maaya Uchida's acting is incredible!
The War between "True" and "Fake" Starts
Introducing the Dead Apostle and the Executor
An Epic Episode where our Assassin Zabaniya spamming
The epic episode where Ayaka meets her Saber
OMEGALUL that Reality Marble going wild, absolute CINEMA! A1 popping off for Flat's wild ride, RIPBOZO for real. France'sca and Cerberus too, this whole episode is POGGERS CONTENT, LETS GOOOO! Top tier stream, no cap. W
