Dragon Ball Daima

This is probably the highest point in the story, not because of it being the ending but rather because it manages to balance outstanding visuals, amazing voice work from the seiyuus and great emotional weight. The most important part of the episode, the fight between Goku and Gomah feels great, you can actually see, hear and feel how Goku is giving it his all. There's just plenty of details in the microexpressions in Goku's movements during the fight and with Masako Nozawa's voice behind it, it becomes magnificent. However I feel that the actual ending is kinda like a setup for what's to come but that isn't that bad honestly, looking forward for the next entry.

A good ending but kinda wished the story didn't end there. Would have wanted a bit more on the world of daima but it was still a great episode indeed. However, the battle between goku and gomah was amazing!

Awesome! Glad it still has the original DB feels. For me, what stood out is the character development. They got plenty of action scenes across many series where old comrades were hardly noticed. The balance of comedy, action, and character depth here is what I love the most.

Major characters here are insanely strong. But what Glorio, Neva, & Bulma did while they were in a pinch was irreplaceable. This goes back to what I said about minor characters as backbones. These transformations aren't only shown in strength, but also in characters themselves.

Ever since Goku gained his Saiyan forms, we've been focused on the evolution. It almost made me forget that he had his very first transformation in Dragon Ball, until his form in this episode reminded me. Apparently, battle is getting tense as Gomah is showing no signs of defeat.

Everything now flows smoothly and not a single moment feels wasted. I even thought I had been watching for an hour. Seeing them fighting together to a common enemy, regardless of which group they come from, makes me feel energetic. Very well done.

I'd really like to have that screen Gomah has, knowing the twist of any event. But, it's still early to say which group will come out as a victor. Battle continues.

Nothing beats a backstory. Usually, it hooks and I thought I'd hear "my precious!" I enjoyed the humor more than the action. Few more episodes left and I think they save the ultimate battle for last.

It's interesting how minor characters end up as backbone for the group, and slowly reveals their true identity. This makes them look invincible. But, Gomah's power is a mystery. There's also Arinsu's majins and the Gendarmerie force. This could likely be a difficult battle.

This is like an evening news routine, where you don't necessarily have to stay put because listening is enough. You can still catch up of what's going on around, but it's not the headline that you're looking for. Even so, the color lights here feels like you're in a dreamland.

Now we're talking! This one should not be a miss just like when you have school exams in mathematics. A lot of action taking place here that matters to the plot. No more dilly-dallying. Comedy between actions will definitely make your day.

To finally see one of Goku's most iconic transformations in the actual canon strikes a chord hard. I wonder how such a transcendent event will be considered for upcoming arcs and the existing ones. Then, the fight is just AWESOME, THRILLING! Like every fight so far. RIP Akira T.
