EPISODE REVIEWS

Nothing beats a backstory. Usually, it hooks and I thought I'd hear "my precious!" I enjoyed the humor more than the action. Few more episodes left and I think they save the ultimate battle for last.

Introduces stronger challenges. Feels like the story is finally ramping up.

Episode Context

Episode 15 of 20 pushes the First Demon World conflict into critical territory, escalating the resistance Goku's team first encountered in the preceding episode 'Taboo' into a full-scale confrontation with organized Gendarmerie forces. This installment acts as a pivotal mid-to-late-season turning point, introducing a key artifact whose significance ripples forward into episode 16, 'Degesu,' where the power dynamics shift around Gomah's schemes. With only five episodes remaining, 'Third Eye' tightens the narrative screws and sets the stage for the season's endgame.
