You and I Are Polar Opposites

Azu's reactions always give me a good giggle. It's just so wacky, man. That said, though, I kinda like the Taira/Azu tandem. I think they suit each other: one is overly conscious, and the other is outwardly easygoing and kind-hearted. On another note, I really like the balance in this episode. It showed me that this series isn't all about perfect relationships, and that, at the same time, it also shows what the most desirable relationship looks like.

I can't stop laughing at how Suzuki vanished just like that. It reminds me of that certain meme, LOL! Kidding aside, I really, really love their relationship so much. It's just so pure, without any drama or whatsoever. I like this simplicity.

Bro, I swear this series has the best wingmen ever. These side characters are way too good, LOL! That said, I can't help but laugh at everyone's reactions. It just feels great that everyone, not only the main cast, feels important. It's just so entertaining.

Man, I just love the vibes between them so much. Not to mention, they're also freaking funny and cute together. That said, I really enjoy MCs like Tani that acts cool but also pretty bashful at the same time. The moe gap is pretty cute in my opinion. Also Isn't it better to be just as straightforward as him rather than be a cuss that overthinks everything?

Omegalul! What a twist! I honestly wasn't expecting this at all. This episode is so tense that I thought it was gonna get a little bit dramatic, but it's actually so simple. Thinking about it, it actually makes sense. Suzuki is known to be someone who knows how to read the room. But then, I can't help but feel a little bit biased. After all, it's a very common scene in romcom anime.

This is such a W development, and the pacing is perfect too! That said, I thought that this episode would be more tense given the mood, but I am glad that it turned out to be more beneficial towards their relationship instead. But let's set this aside for now. I really like Nishi so much. The way she laughs and blushes is just way too cute to me.

Nah, this episode is goated for real. How can a single episode contain so much romance without disrupting the pacing at all? It's simply so good. That said, I really love how both the main cast and the side cast are getting their time to develop. It's just so fun to watch.

Okay, I didn't expect that twist, to be honest. I was expecting a slow-burn development, just like what other similar-genre series do, but this is actually very satisfying. Not only are the characters pretty straightforward without breaking character, but they're also highly likable. I also love the craftsmanship. Setting aside the goofy animation, which is definitely a plus, the funny direction used to break the heavy mood had me totally cracking up. A very good premiere!

I really thought I was watching the finale by mistake.

I found myself especially resonating with Honda’s and Azuma’s personalities here, something I didn’t expect after reading the part of the manga this episode was based on. I also love the balance of seriousness and comedy coming from the lead couple and the two other couples in the making.

Dawg, forget about SuzuTani. I believe in YamaNishi supremacy! Just what is this cute creature, man? I can't help but get caught lacking—smiling, giggling, and kicking my feet like stupid. On another note, AzuTaira was also such a fun ship. Or actually, every single ship here is worth a ride.

I freaking love the expressions in this episode. I thought everything had already peaked with Suzuki's expression, but Tani's expression sent me rolling, LMAO! This is definitely my first time seeing him that flustered. That said, this episode's development is just okay. Nothing super impressive happened, but it makes sense since it's just the first part of the trip.

This episode is really great. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from Tani. I know that he's just like this, but hey, he can be proactive too! That said, though, I've got to give this one to Suzuki. She's the one who set the mood here. They may be polar opposites, but they perfectly fit each other.

I remember that one convenience store scene being especially memorable to me, and I think that a major part of that memorability is how well friendship and romance are depicted together in this story. Love this adaptation getting those things across even better!

The conflict was too short. Though seeing a very serious character jealous is one nice detail! Just really wish to see more conflicts in the future!

One thing I've noticed. You'll know the anime is good when each episode, characters do not wear the same clothes and has the same hairstyle each episode. 5 episodes in and Suzuki had different hair styles already!

Two episodes in, and I'm guessing the whole anime would just revolve around school. One thing that I wish is that they go outside more. Like the environment would expound.
