As an episode to start out the series, it's really cute to see a confession in the first episode, as well as the feelings being mutual. The characters all have personality, and the comedy aspect gives it an even nicer touch.

The mixed media opening really sets the mood. If you dont atleast crack a smile to it, you might have to skip this show. They could have gone the generic rom com way but they went above and beyond. The friend group dynamic is excellent and the lead couple is awesome.

Great first episode of a romcom anime. I love that the girl confesses in the first episode. Usually, the couple takes too long to confess to each other or get together, so it's really refreshing when they start dating immediately. Visuals look amazing too and fit the genre.

First episode in and I’m already giggling and kicking my feet. Lovely cast of friends, amazing intro to the series. Great storytelling, you can actually feel Suzuki’s feelings along with her.

This 1st episode is so sweet! I love how both mc's are still unsure/awkward about their feelings but confront it anyway. Good supportive friends too. Good pacing, well-placed gag balanced with wholesome moments, and I love their dialogue actually sounds like teenagers.

This is a top tier debut for fans of Kimi ni Todoke. It captures that awkward, wholesome transition from "classmates" to "someone special" without the annoying misunderstandings. It kinda proves that sometimes, two people liking each other is enough to carry the show.

Great first episode! A bit fast-paced which may be a con for some, but it didn't ruin the excitement at all. IMO, it makes you crave for more. Def a watch if you like more forward female leads. Really love the chemistry between the two. Super fun, wholesome watch.

Love the characters! An introvert and extrovert protagonist couple. The colors are perfect for its genre. Light, youthful, and funny. Animation feels smooth and not awkward. It's like a breath of fresh air. OP song is a banger as well. 1st episode is already cutesy!!! 🫶🏼

The fact Tani remembers the little details things Suzuki said. Like about how mascaras would come off when you cry. And hoe Suzuki is so bold at that staircase scene is so funny and cute. Cute start to a cute anime.
