Synopsis
Everything in Naoto Watari's life revolves around one person: his little sister Suzushiro. After their parents died two years ago, the siblings bounced between relatives until landing at their aunt's place, and Naoto has basically made it his job to keep her safe and happy, even if his classmates think he's got a full-blown sister complex. He's settled into a quiet routine, which is exactly when life decides to throw a wrench in it. Satsuki Tachibana, a childhood friend with a messy, unresolved history, transfers into his school, and suddenly all the emotions Naoto had neatly packed away start spilling out. This is a 26-episode TV series from Staple Entertainment, adapted from a seinen manga, and it nails that specific tension between wanting to protect what you have and confronting what you've been avoiding. The love polygon stuff actually has weight here because Naoto's emotional availability is genuinely limited: he's already given most of himself to his sister, so watching other characters try to get through to him feels earned rather than contrived. The comedy lands without undercutting the drama, and the drama doesn't wallow. If you liked the complicated sibling dynamics in Gimai Seikatsu or the tangled relationship web in Koi to Uso, this hits a similar nerve but with its own voice. It's the kind of show where characters make choices that feel real, even when those choices are frustrating to watch.

La típica ida a la playa de todos los animes de colegio. Tuvo momentos interesantes.
Es un capítulo para adolescentes, pero me reí bastante y el ritmo estuvo bien

What a satisfying ending. It wasn’t over-the-top, just characters we care about finding peace with their choices. Tamayo-san was too kawaii!!!
The finale felt right. Seeing everyone grown with Naoto working, Ishihara succeeding, Satsuki figuring out her future and made it feel like life continues beyond the screen. The beach scene was a gentle, perfect close!
Yukari was so weird for that by the way. I'm glad Satsuki carried this ep :3
This episode did something rare: a believable emotional conflict without turning gross or manipulative. Satsuki is finally becoming someone "human" hehe and I'm here for it
Sweet and complicated. Seeing Yukari confess she wants her first kiss with someone she loves and choosing Naoto was touching but also awkward in the best way. 0_0
Abe freaking out over a false pregnancy rumor was funny, but then Naoto’s care for a sick Satsuki grounded the episode emotionally. This episode made me root for them even harder :3
So this ep basically reminds us: relationships aren’t just big moments. They’re about showing up, even when it’s awkward or misunderstood. And let’s be real, Naoto running back was peak this guy energy LMAO
What a rollercoaster of misunderstood tension and support. Naoto rushing back to Satsuki thinking she was pregnant, only to find out she was just sick, hit hard with worry and relief. And watching them support each other through normal life struggles was unexpectedly funny xD
The time-skip montage after them deciding to make things work was lovely, especially showing Ishihara pursuing her own path. Well done!
Love triangle? More like love clarified. Everyone finally said what was in their heart and it wasn’t messy or weird this time. Watching Satsuki choose to move forward with Naoto was just… nice.
This was the emotional payoff I was waiting for. Satsuki’s self-doubt, Ishihara’s raw honesty, and Tokui finally owning his feelings brought such layered growth. The moment Naoto and Satsuki confess properly made me SIGHHHH IN RELIEF
I appreciated how Episode 22 slowed down the drama into character nuance. Instead of pointless conflict, we got depth. Yay. Finally liking this one a bit more
