EPISODE REVIEWS

So so

The private moment where Naoto reflects on what he actually wants nyhehehe wow, my heart. Quiet but so sweet and touching. Although could have been better

The way Naoto nervously sweats while trying to explain himself? I laughed so hard. Relatable nervousness vibes. 😂

Episode Context

The midpoint of the season shifts into a more contemplative gear. Episode 12 pulls back from lighter comedic moments to focus squarely on the weight of personal responsibility and what it means to stand on your own. Naoto Watari faces pressures that extend beyond his own feelings, as familial expectations collide with the trajectory of his relationship with Yukari Ishihara. The introduction of Yukari's mother, Mio, adds a layer of tension that feels grounded and earned rather than manufactured. Pacing is deliberately slower here, giving scenes room to breathe and letting character motivations speak through action rather than exposition. Expect a serious, introspective episode that trades quick laughs for emotional weight. This is the kind of installment that tests whether the central relationship has real foundations or just momentum.
