EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

Episode 1 established Shizuka and Kamui's mismatched partnership through two separate urban-legend encounters, giving viewers the premise and tone in quick succession. This episode cements the season's anthology rhythm by relocating that same formula to Shizuka's school environment, raising the personal stakes of her double life. It positions the show's case-of-the-week structure as the primary engine for the season, signaling that each installment will test Shizuka's composure against a new supernatural disruption.
