The dark visual atmosphere, combined with a thrilling, suspense-filled musical score, keeps you completely hooked from start to finish. It's a compelling, intense entry that sets up the final arc brilliantly.

Episode Context

Positioned five episodes from the finale, 'Reaction of Fortune' directly follows the chaos unleashed in 'False Vows,' where fortune-enhanced soldiers shattered a fragile peace, and now forces every major character to confront the fallout of those betrayals. This installment serves as a critical emotional pivot, deepening the fractures in allegiances and beliefs that will define the endgame. It directly sets the stage for 'The Black-Winged Angel,' steering the series toward its climactic exploration of identity, destiny, and the cost of power.
