The ending is great and is still open for progression in the story. The final battle was catastrophic but still an amazing sight to behold.

Tournament begins on this episode and of course the battle between Liu Mubai and Mu Chen was the main event and didn't disappoint. Best episode in this series.

Mu and Liu territories are now undergoing intensive training in order to prepare for the 5 Academy assessment. Mu Chen and the crew having rigorous training while the Liu clan resort to shortcut by asking for divine power.

Nine Nether Bird is about to be reborn and the heads of both Liu and Mu clans are fighting to get to the bird first. Fights are really getting tense and is a notch higher than previous fights.

Mu clan was ambushed by spiritual beasts of Liu clan. But with Mu Chen's quick wit they were able to thwart the ambush plan and got back to race for the legendary creature. Amazing fightscenes.

Fights are getting better as the two clans race to get to the legendary creature first. Meanwhile, Mu Chen and Luo LI are separated but they meet an interesting individual who told them about the past.

Tensions are high as both territories are preparing to race first to capture a legendary creature that would change the course of their realms. Mu Chen and Luo Li trains to upgrade their skills for this upcoming conflict.

Mu Chen is being targeted by the Liu clan for their suspicion that he has their treasure. The tension between Liu and Mu clans are growing rapidly as they prepare to go to war. Pacing is somehow faster than it should be.

There is now an ongoing tension between Liu and Mu clans with the events that transpired in this episode. Nice visuals as well.

MuChen and the crew got in a bind as they are surrounded by a horde of monkeys. Even with the opposing team, they were able to put up a chemistry together defeating the big boss.

In order to save Luo Li, Mu Chen needs to improve his skills further. He wanted to learn a new skill, but he needs to face a trial in order to master it. This episode is somehow good though it is lacking somehow since there's no abilities used, only physical combat.

Mu Chen wraping up the northern spiritual realm crisis while looking forward to his promise with Luo Li is the perfect send-off for this anime. The ending of this season handled everything so well.

Mu Chen standing firm to protect his allies while keeping his cool under territorial pressure made this episode amazing. The pacing in this episode is smooth.

The tension between the Mu domain and Liu domain reached a whole new level in this episode. Mu Chen, Luo Li, and Mu Feng standing firm under pressure kept the pacing super engaging throughout the whole episode.

This episode took the tournament hype to another level. Mu Chen staying completely composed against Liu Mubai while Tang ian'er and Su Ling cheered him on from the sidelines is pure hype ngl. Another banger episode.

Mu Chen holding his ground against the academy rivalries while keeping a calm head had me hooked for the entire episode. The action effects looked so clean in this episode.

Mu Chen refining his cultivation techniques while keeping his cool against the west branch rivalries proves how prepared he is for the upcoming academy battles. Another banger episode and pacing of this episode is good.

The arena atmosphere in this episode is fire. Mu Chen keeping a calm head in front of competing factions while Su Ling and Tang Qian'er backed him up made this episode super engaging.

Mu Chen leading Tang Qian'er and Su Ling to secure the ranking while completely outsmarting Liu Yang's squad is so satisfying. An action packed conclusion to the field trial.

Mu Chen outsmarting Liu Yang's team during the field exercise really highlights how sharp his combat instincts are compared to everyone else at the academy. Another awesome episode.
