In order to save Luo Li, Mu Chen needs to improve his skills further. He wanted to learn a new skill, but he needs to face a trial in order to master it. This episode is somehow good though it is lacking somehow since there's no abilities used, only physical combat.

The tension between both territories is heating up so fast in this episode. Mu Chen showing off his actual combat skills against the Liu territory guys proves he's on a totally different level than the rest of the students. Great episode.

This episode follows the same theme as the previous one, focusing on Mu Chen’s training, with Luo Li appearing in the plot from time to time. The animation and fight scenes leave a lot to be desired, given the story’s potential.
