Synopsis
A friendless middle schooler named Yukiteru Amano writes down everything he observes in a phone diary: what he ate, what happened in class, basically narrating his own life to no one. His only friends are imaginary, or at least he thinks they are. Turns out his "imaginary" friend Deus Ex Machina is the actual god of time and space, and he's just upgraded Yukiteru's diary to predict the future. The catch: eleven other people got the same gift, and they all have to kill each other. Last one standing becomes God. That's the setup for a 26-episode survival game where every diary has different rules and limitations, and the strategies get genuinely clever. But the real reason people remember this show is Yuno Gasai. She's a fellow diary holder who's completely, dangerously devoted to Yukiteru, and her character walks this razor-thin line between protector and threat that keeps you guessing the entire run. The relationship between them is the emotional core, and it's way more layered than it first appears. If you liked Death Note's cat-and-mouse mind games but want higher stakes and more chaos, this scratches that itch. Fans of Wonder Egg Priority's darker psychological turns will find familiar ground here too, though Mirai Nikki leans harder into action and gore. The tone is dark and paranoid: trust is a luxury nobody can afford, and the twists hit hard when they land. Studio asread adapted the manga faithfully, and at 26 episodes it doesn't overstay its welcome.

The main reason I started watching this anime was due to the Opening Song ' Kuusou Mesorogiwi' . I did not have any crazy expectations however Mirai Nikki exceeded them. The entire show was quite enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend Mirai Nikki to anyone that is interested in a 'Game' type of anime.

Experiencing the twust and turns, the intrigue, the thrill, you know you're gonna wanna wipe it from your memory and watch it again.
Very interesting premise which falls flat on its face towards the end. Too many plot holes and plot contrivances.
This episode makes it very clear that Yuno is not an ordinary girl. At first she seems calm and supportive, but as the episode continues she becomes much more intense and disturbing. The scenes where she follows Yukiteru and carries her axe create a strong feeling of tension. What makes the episode interesting is that Yukiteru still does not fully understand how dangerous she really is. The pacing is fast, there is a constant sense of danger, and the relationship between the two characters becomes much more unsettling. It is one of the episodes that defines the dark tone of the series.
EPISODE YANG GILAK, diakhiri dengan kesedihan dan kesenangan emosi yang meluap luap aku rasakan di episode ini. namun cerita terlihat gantung, sepertnya butuh 1 episode lagi yaitu OVA agar benar benar mengakhiri perjalanan yukki. overall anime ini BAGUS BANGET.
episode yang sangattt kerennn!1!1! direksi cerita, animasi yang bagus dan gilaa, juga backsound suara yang momentnya selalu pas dan buat degdegan. aku sangat penasaran dengan episode terakhir akan seperti apa endingnya.
semakin lama semakin seruu, walaupun tensinya tidak setinggi episode sebelumnya, episode kali ini juga sangat seru dari segi penceritaan dan animasi. banyak misteri yang terpecahkan dan tidak ku sangka yukki masih bisa bertahan sejauh ini.
WHAT A PLOT TWIST, bener bener ternyata ohh ternyataa seperti itu kejadiannya 😱 kita disuguhkan latar belakang yuno dan misteri dari yuno yang sangat unexpected banget dan bikin kaget. direksi cerita dikemas dengan bagus dari awal dengan tensi romance yang menarik dan fakta plot yang diluar nalar menjadikan episode ini sangat EPIC.
KLIMAKS YANG SANGAT GILAAA, episode kali ini terdapat banyak plot twist yang sangat amat menegangkannn. cerita dan alur juga animasi dikemas dengan baik. keadaan sangat chaos dan tensi tinggi namun tetap menarik ditonton sampai lupa waktu.
The ending honestly shattered me. Sure, it was a strong bittersweet conclusion, but it still feels like something important was left unresolved. I can’t help but feel especially bad for the characters in the second cycle. Our main duo deserved better.
cerita dan alur semakin mendekati klimaks. plot sangatlah menarik mulai dari sini dari ketegangan, animasi, dan background suara. misteri masih menjadi sebuah misteri yang membuat aku buru2 ingin mengetahuinya dan melanjutkan ke episode selanjutnya
aku suka sekali romance tipis-tipis dari side-chara minene seperti ini, walaupun ditengah chaos alur cerita tetap memberikan komedi dan romance tipis-tipis tanpa mengganggu jalannya cerita yang sudah bagus.
Yukki terlihat semakin keren disini karena character development nyaa!! Action episode cukup menarik dan cukup chaoss. Dan banyaknya plot twist membuat makin penasaran.
