Takauji's change scares even his brother. Whatever is up with him, it is definitely something that directly clashes with what Tokiyuki and Yorishige's group have.

This might be the most random episode so far. It starts off goofy and a bit twisted, then turns surprisingly poetic toward the end. But it all works out thanks to the amazing visual spectacle in the final scenes.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 10 of 12, this installment acts as a deliberate cooldown after Episode 9's intense confrontations, redirecting energy toward character dynamics and the spiritual framework that will likely prove critical in the final stretch. It bridges the mid-season action with what's shaping up to be an escalation involving new threats and shifting political alliances in the closing episodes. Think of it as the calm before the storm, recharging both the characters and the audience for the season's climax.
