I was expecting more action scenes tbh but the whole yapping session really did help Rimuru and the gang. They really drag the talking until the end of the episode but despite that, the information is necessary for the squad.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 4
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Once just an ordinary salaryman, Rimuru Tempest died, got reincarnated as a slime — and somehow talked, absorbed, and strategized his way into becoming a Demon Lord with his own nation. By season four of this TV series, he's not just fighting monsters; he's hosting diplomatic festivals and trying to keep a fragile peace between humans and monsters from falling apart. The Founder's Festival kicks things off as a celebration meant to solidify alliances, but behind the scenes, figures like Granbell Rosso see Rimuru's growing influence as something that needs to be crushed. So while Rimuru's out here planning banquets, there are people planning his downfall. The mix of nation-building politics with genuine combat stakes is what keeps this show interesting deep into its run. You've got Veldora being chaotic, Benimaru ready to throw down at a moment's notice, and Rimuru navigating everything with a calm that's almost unsettling for a blob. The vibe shifts between lighthearted slice-of-life stuff and real tension without feeling jarring — it earns both modes. If you liked how Overlord handles a powerful isekai protagonist managing a kingdom, or wanted Mushoku Tensei's world-building depth with a more comedic edge closer to Konosuba, this hits a sweet spot between all three. Four seasons in and the world just keeps expanding. Worth catching up if you haven't already.

Quick Takes
View all 316 takesQ w Q thanks for doing politics clear, enough for me to understand the plot. Also there were some little facts of lore
Also liked the explanation for the skills and introduction of the new character, something I don't really like is that the main point that was binding her was like it was nothing for the protagonist, although I understand that this only shows how strong is the protagonist but kind of nerfed the moment
I don't know what to say to the people whose gonna watch this expecting more action scene 🫢. It would have been nice if the entire interrogation had been shown but I guess it would have been pointless since it would just rehash the information that had already been revealed 🤔. I do hope people would realize that these conversations are like chess moves between Mariabel and Rimuru (although I think that Mariabel is just the one playing it 😅). If I remember correctly, next episode would suit those of people who are looking for some action 🤔
