The final shot: Holo in her green cloak, tail curled, shoulder against Lawrence's arm. The road stretching out ahead. No Yoitsu. No shop. Just forward. Together. That's not an ending that answers everything. It's an ending that trusts you to know that's enough.

This episode slows the pace as we see the aftermath of the battle and celebration. We dive into Holo’s lonely past as the Wise Wolf. Her perspective and feelings are explored. Though I think it dragged a bit, taking a whole episode for it. I did like the final foreshadowing.
