Snowball Earth

I had high expectations for the final fight in this episode. But yeah, it felt kind of rushed. After that fight, the mood shifted to a light and chill moment. A conclusion to the fight, and there's a hint for next season at the end of the episode with a new, stronger foe! I'm excited for it!

That Season 2 tease actually has me invested. There's still so much left to uncover about this world. A satisfying finale overall.

Sagami trusting Tetsuo with his kids before dying was honestly one of the most emotional moments of the season.

Nadare being behind the Big Freeze the whole time?? Yeah I definitely didn't see that twist coming. Sagami finally got to be the hero he always wanted to be... and then immediately ripped my heart out. That ending hurt.

Ini episode penutup season yang cukup memuaskan. Meski beberapa alur cerita berhasil diselesaikan, episod terakhirnya masih belum benar-benar memberikan konklusi sehingga terasa membuka jalan untuk kelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, animenya bagus dengan premis yang menarik. Aku tidak masalah dengan protagonis yang pemalu, meski di beberapa momen sifatnya terasa sedikit mengganggu. Satu hal yang cukup disayangkan adalah desain Snowman yang menurutku kurang keren. Penggunaan CGI juga sangat dominan; mungkin ada yang merasa tampilannya agak aneh, tapi menurutku justru memberikan pesona dan identitas tersendiri pada anime ini.

I still feel sick after seeing Sagami force those kids to eat raw Kaiju meat and I cannot believe he actually did that just to keep them alive

Everything shifted once Heracles erupted from the snow right after that emotional heart to heart between Yuma and Sagami and it put the stakes through the roof

Nadare revealing that she orchestrated the entire world freezing over while wearing Riko's face is genuinely unsettling and her bending her neck like that made the whole scene feel wrong

Tetsuo offering Sagami the title of savior just to give the man some peace hit me hard and it showed how much Tetsuo has grown since the beginning

You really feel the weight of Sagami's trauma when his hair turns white from the stress of saving those children and it makes his desperate need for validation make sense

That reveal about Riko being a monster that ate the real one years ago is a total gut punch and it explains why her behavior felt so off this whole time

I couldn't stop thinking about Sagami feeding those kids the raw Kaiju meat just to keep them alive and it makes his current obsession with being a savior feel so much more tragic now

The way Yuma broke down and begged Sagami not to call their past a lie really got to me, especially after seeing the flashback, and him pulling that sled through the snow

Tetsuo launching that massive kick right into Nadare's face at the very end was the perfect way to stop her from killing Sagami and it finally shut her up

From the beginning to middle, we get Isseki Sagami’s flashback with the children. It’s a heartwarming moment between them. Then at the end the episode drops a plot twist that makes us desperate to watch the next one!

Good episode, but it did feel like half the runtime was dedicated to exposition. I liked the reveals, but the villain explaining literally everything at once was a little overwhelming. The dropkick was hilarious though xD

The alien was giving a TED Talk about its genius plan while Tetsuo was preparing the most disrespectful attack imaginable LMAOOO

The lore dump actually delivered. So many questions finally got answered without feeling boring.

Episode ini terasa cukup lambat karena sebagian besar isinya adalah flashback tentang masa lalu Sagami dan anak-anaknya, memberikan kemanusiaan pada Sagami. Sayangnya aku tidak peduli. Namun, di paruh akhirnya, dalang sesungguhnya mulai menampakkan diri. Membuat episode ini jauh lebih penting.

I felt sick watching Sagami clean his own vomit while his parents ignored him. It explains why he became such a monster but it still makes me hate him for crashing those ships
