This was quite a heavy episode. The fate of the characters is changing rapidly on the course. The music direction is on the spot in this episode. It nicely picks out the gloomy theme here. I really feel sorry for the doctor. He is trying to fight off the situation singlehandedly.

The episode is getting absurd and hopeless. The plot is dragging and the characters aren't doing anything even though they already know what is happening. Just one major twist will save this series, and it's only halfway through.
