Everything has a solid toll on the doctor. The deterioration of health is excellently portrayed in this episode. The grave atmosphere is set by the pace here. The animation felt perky, though. Have to give the doctor applause for his gruesome struggle to discover.

Finally, some progress from the plot. Ozaki lost it and this was as dark and disturbing as ever! Probably the best in a while, along the little interaction between Megumi and Masao. Things get a little out of hand in the last couple of minutes, and it's worthy of a must-watch!
