Jadeite acting as a radio DJ to steal energy from teenage girls feels like such a weirdly specific plan and the way he just ran away after one rose was weak

Tuxedo Mask literally just threw one rose and then left while Sailor Moon did all the hard work on that rooftop and it makes you wonder if he even knows how to fight

I think that disguise pen is such a cool upgrade for her missions because she actually had to use her brain to sneak into that radio station

The way Luna had to scratch Usagi's face to wake her up from that Tuxedo Mask dream was hilarious, and it really shows how much of a klutz she still is even as a hero.

My heart broke for Naru when she collapsed at her desk right after showing off her brooch and I was so glad Usagi finally took charge without waiting for help

It was so funny watching Usagi try to walk in those high heels, and I think that disguise pen is going to be my favorite gadget. She actually used her brain to get into the radio station and then she finished off the monster with her tiara without needing Tuxedo Mask to do the work for her this time around.

Usagi frantically writing that love letter to Tuxedo Mask during class at the end was the perfect way to show she is still just a normal girl despite fighting monsters

When Haruna-sensei shuffled into class looking like a total zombie from those cursed brooches, I actually got goosebumps! It made the whole school suddenly feel so off and genuinely gave me a weird spooky vibe, which wasn't what I expected from a normal school day.

Having a secret radio show that only kids can hear is a pretty clever trap for the Dark Kingdom and it makes sense why the security guard thought Usagi was just being weird

That moon power transformation into the news lady was so stylish and it shows that Usagi is actually starting to use her head instead of just crying when a monster appears

My jaw practically dropped when Naru and the teacher just slumped over; I genuinely expected the absolute worst to befall them right then. And Luna, ever the pragmatist, scratching Usagi awake just cracks me up – she really knows what it takes to snap Usagi out of her daze, doesn't she?

I was genuinely surprised by Jadeite's plan to steal energy through a radio show; it's such a weirdly clever and low-key devious way to do it. It definitely makes me think the Dark Kingdom isn't just sending out generic monsters, but actually trying some creative tactics, which is kinda cool to see.

I was so hyped when Usagi got that disguise pen, it felt like such a classic magical girl moment! Her announcer outfit was honestly adorable, even if it totally made sense that she couldn't walk in those heels for a second, lol, that's just so her.

I seriously can't believe Jadeite's radio scheme worked so well, like, people just *fell* for it, which honestly makes me wonder how gullible everyone in Tokyo is. Usagi using her new pen to turn into a news reporter was still super cool though, even if she was fumbling around like crazy right before the big fight.

When Naru and the teacher straight-up collapsed during the radio show, I was literally yelling at my screen for Usagi to connect the dots faster. Seriously, how did she not immediately put together that the creepy broadcast was the cause? It made me wonder if she'll ever really get the hang of this Sailor Moon thing, or if she's always gonna be a bit of a space cadet.

I mean, seriously, Shingo was such a menace this episode with all that teasing about Usagi's weight, and it just made me want to give her a hug. It's tough enough being a teenager without your own family making you feel bad about yourself, you know?

Haruna-sensei walking in looking like that really threw me for a loop; I immediately started wondering what kind of monster could've done that to her. When she just *collapsed* right on the podium, my stomach dropped because it was such a sudden and messed up sight.

I was totally caught off guard when that lady, who seemed so normal in her suit, just completely transformed into that freaky purple monster with claws! Like, one minute she's just chill, and the next she's all purple and claw-y, it was such a wild switch up.

I seriously cracked up when Sailor Moon got all flustered during her introduction and started rambling about crosswalks, like, girl, focus! It just reminds me how much of a normal, dorky teenager Usagi still is, even when she's trying to be a hero.

When Frow turned into that super creepy purple monster with those long claws, I genuinely freaked out and totally understood why Sailor Moon just *had* to throw her tiara then; it felt like the only thing that could stop it!

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 3 of 46, this filler installment comes while the show is still in its introductory phase — Usagi has only just awakened as Sailor Moon and the full team of Sailor Guardians is far from assembled. The previous episodes focused on establishing Usagi's transformation and her connection to Luna, while upcoming episodes will begin introducing key allies like Ami Mizuno. This episode serves as an early standalone adventure that reinforces the weekly formula before the season's larger narrative threads start to tighten.
