Ristorante Paradiso

Mhm... not a single thing comes to mind for this episode. I don't even recommend opening my review before watching the final episode. This is a special gift for Nicoletta, the waitresses, Olga, and all of us viewers. A truly special gift. I'll just give my overall rating instead. This episode gave me the same feeling as the final episode of Idoly Pride. It genuinely touched my heart, it was pure sweetness overload. The buildup over the previous 10 episodes was so well done that it made this finale feel incredibly precious.

Damn, Luciano is way too loyal, bro... He's the GOAT no doubt. This episode honestly feels like the conclusion to every type of love Nicoletta has witnessed throughout the previous episodes. I'd say I was half wrong about this anime, it doesn't actually rely on fan service that much. It's more like... a lesson about love, showing all the different forms it can take. This... is Authentic mutual love.

I didn't expect this anime to show people getting molested 😭😭😭😭 TWICE in the entire show. GAH DANG, that's crazy work. Anyway, yeah... Nicoletta, please listen to your seniors. They've all been through multiple bad experiences. And yep, we shouldn't just run away after making a mistake, instead we should face it head-on and learn from it. A nice moral lesson from this episode.

There's so many beautiful views in this episode, and plus what I really liked about this episode is that Nicoletta isn't some childish girl who can't even take a single complaint. We can see her growth really well in this episode, how she keeps improving every time she fails. That's true determination. Well played Nicoletta.

It's not that bad tbh. It's just a wholesome episode atm. Like, spending a special day with your family just sounds so calm and fun isn't it ? The only thing that pissed me off was the other children's dialogue. It felt really template/too generic, sure they're NPCs, but pls don't make it so obvious 😭

This is deep. A relationship after marriage really needs to be protected at all costs. That's why both sides need to understand each other. How did a fan-service anime end up being this good? Like, the main story is ass, but when it comes to the side characters' lore, it's way better than the main plot itself dawg...

Well, good for Olga for finally telling Lorenzo the truth, and good for Lorenzo for accepting it—damn, it was about time they talked truthfully, so excellent. I liked the ending of this anime BUT I never got used to the design of the characters' eyes and expressions; I found it a bit unsettling at times, not with all the characters, but definitely with some of them. It's a different style of animation from what I've seen, and regarding the plot, there were things I liked, such as how they approach the topic of love, but I didn't like the Claudio x Nicoletta relationship—the age gap is a bit unsettling. Good anime, but I wouldn’t watch it twice.

Love can definitely take many shapes, perspectives, and sizes, and that's exactly what Nicoletta learns every time she's around these older gentlemen waiters, who have a more interesting love life than mine, haha. Sometimes it's not that you can't forget someone, it's just that you don't want to. Falling in love is truly a complicated thing, especially if you fall for real—sometimes it's much harder for us to move on... I liked this episode; I think the way they approached the topic of love was quite well done.

This was probably the most enjoyable episode of the anime so far. There was no unnecessary fan service or forced romance.. just some solid character lore, and wholesome family moments. The episode mainly focused on Gigi's backstory, and it added a lot more depth to both the character and the overall story. I'd say this is one of the strongest character focused episodes so far because it gave Gigi much more development and made the narrative more engaging. As for the animation, it actually felt noticeably better this episode. Whether it was due to the direction or the extra polish in certain scenes, the overall presentation looked more refined than usual tbh.

Here we see a bit more about Teo's past and how Nicoletta is pushed and required to do more in the kitchen. I like the episodes so far because we're focusing on each character's story rather than just one person or a single plotline. Working as a chef or cook really isn't easy at all, and in the end Teo is proof of that; there's also a moment where he opens up to Nicoletta about why he decided to become a chef.

So we finally got to see a bit more about Claudio's past as a waiter and how that brings back memories of how Nicoletta is adapting to the kitchen at Ristorante Paradiso. Being an amateur is never easy, full of mistakes, but you have to keep trying again and again until you can move forward and find your place in this tough working world. Very good episode, quite complete with flashbacks between the past and present, really well done.

Honestly, it was a pretty quiet episode. It didn't push the restaurant plot forward or give us any deep character development, so I'd definitely consider it a total filler episode. It was nice to see everyone hanging out, but honestly, you could completely skip this episode and it wouldn't change a thing regarding the story. By the way, it's the most elegant 9-year-old's birthday party I've ever seen in my entire life watching anime, lol.

Ahh... flashback time, is it? So, in simple terms, this episode is a brief flashback explaining "why" the restaurant has its own standards. The reason is... pretty weird when you really think about it, but ey- it all comes down to love ig. As for the flashback itself and that one Nicoletta's pov animation, I'd definitely give it an 8/10.

MMMMYEAH, this would never happen in the real working world, but since it's fiction, sure! As for this episode... yeah, you can really tell the author wanted this ship to finally set sail. In the previous episode, Olga mentioned that Claudio wasn't exactly good with women, and yeah... I guess she was right. This episode showed just how completely confused the guy was. Aside from that, the scene where Claudio finally revealed himself... man, that was absolutely beautiful. That's DaPro for you, they really know how to deliver those beautiful moments.

I feel like Nicoletta is projecting onto Gabrielle. Like, girl broke up with him and happens to work with the owner's wife. It's on Claudio to move on, he's an adult. Also, thank god we got some closure with some of these character arcs. [7.85/10]

This feels like a reflection period for Nicoletta where she's told to confront her feelings. Claudio is struggling right now but he needs to change cause its been so long.

Okay, did not expect Teo with them but they are hot together! I love that we get to see Nicoletta learn about the people around her especially as a young women surrounded by people how are much older. I like the fact that the lore we get is very multi-layered too!

Okay, that was horrific. Claudio was being kind when saying his old employers were harsh. Also, Claudio's type is a black-haired capable women that break his heart eventually.

This was a simple episode that focused on Luciano and his family. The man is so sweet and sprinkles of his late wife adds complexity to his character.

I think episode reflects on what makes a relationship steady. We see many of the men entertaining women while having partners in contrast to a man cheating. It provides an understanding on communication and knowing your partner.
