Ahh... flashback time, is it?So, in simple terms, this episode is a brief flashback explaining "why" the restaurant has its own standards. The reason is... pretty weird when you really think about it, but ey- it all comes down to love ig.As for the flashback itself and that one Nicoletta's pov animation, I'd definitely give it an 8/10.

We got the origin of the ristorante along with why the schtick is old men in glasses. I love the music! The vibes are immaculate!

A calm episode that tells us about the history of the restaurant and how each waiter ended up working there. We are also shown flashbacks of Lorenzo and Olga's relationship—their romance as well as their connection to the restaurant itself. The vibe, as always, is absolutely elegant, and the music played in the anime also has a very Italian style. I'd say the only Japanese thing about this anime is that it's in that very language.
