EPISODE REVIEWS

Mhm... not a single thing comes to mind for this episode. I don't even recommend opening my review before watching the final episode. This is a special gift for Nicoletta, the waitresses, Olga, and all of us viewers. A truly special gift.I'll just give my overall rating instead. This episode gave me the same feeling as the final episode of Idoly Pride. It genuinely touched my heart, it was pure sweetness overload. The buildup over the previous 10 episodes was so well done that it made this finale feel incredibly precious.

Well, good for Olga for finally telling Lorenzo the truth, and good for Lorenzo for accepting it—damn, it was about time they talked truthfully, so excellent. I liked the ending of this anime BUT I never got used to the design of the characters' eyes and expressions; I found it a bit unsettling at times, not with all the characters, but definitely with some of them. It's a different style of animation from what I've seen, and regarding the plot, there were things I liked, such as how they approach the topic of love, but I didn't like the Claudio x Nicoletta relationship—the age gap is a bit unsettling. Good anime, but I wouldn’t watch it twice.

I feel like Nicoletta is projecting onto Gabrielle. Like, girl broke up with him and happens to work with the owner's wife. It's on Claudio to move on, he's an adult. Also, thank god we got some closure with some of these character arcs. [7.85/10]
