the arc resolution works because it refuses to fully absolve either party of responsibility. the dynamics between yato and bishamon shifting into something less hostile is earned through the preceding episodes rather than simply declared. the episode's pacing as a denouement is appropriately measured without dragging at all.
yato being that guy in this episode is sending me so much. the emotional aftermath of everything that just happened lands so well and seeing bishamon's regalia open up more is genuinely sweet. this show really knows how to follow up peak drama with something that actually feels satisfying tbh
the angst in this episode is genuinely some of the best this series has ever delivered and i truly mean that. every emotional beat in the fallout hits harder because of how much setup came before it. kazuma's moment is the kind of quietly devastating thing that stays with you long after the episode ends.
