No Guns Life

Synopsis
The technology to create powerful cyborg soldiers has been released for public use by the Berühren Corporation. Those outfitted with robotic parts are known as the Extended. Juuzou Inui, one such Extended, was created as a soldier and has no memories of his former life. But now, after the war, he runs a business that takes care of Extended-related incidents around the city. Rumors of a renegade Extended that kidnapped a child reach his ears; lo and behold, as Juuzo returns to his office, a giant robotic man with a boy on his back crashes in, asking for help. While Juuzou could just turn the guy in and be done with it, something about this situation is too fishy to ignore. It seems that everyone wants hold of this kid and, whether he likes it or not, Juuzou must find out why this Extended is on the run, how it connects to the Berühren Corporation, and just how far the treachery runs in this city.

Well, I think I expected too much to this last episode. I mean we need more of the story that gives us more answers. Is it just me or this episode is more colorful? haha. I just wish it has more detective themes. This is not a finale we wanted so we'll just continue to S2 I guess.
Damn! Crazy girl alert hahahah. That Pepper girl is tough and I think Juzo will have trouble dealing with her if it continues. This episode had less action but it's still quite interesting for me. It's the 2nd to the last episode and I hope there's more to the story in the last episode.
Pretty fun episode even if the plot was predictable. The animation was noticeably better this time. I like the detective style focus, but I was expecting something more impactful since it’s the finale. Still, it was a solid episode overall.
A good start with some action before shifting into more exposition halfway through. I was expecting something a bit more impactful since it's the second to last episode. The fan service is also a lot more obvious here, so it might get a little annoying if you're not into that.
Probably one of the saddest episodes so far. The buildup from start to finish was really good, and with the soundtrack it could really make you tear up. I also liked that Mary and Tetsuro got more screen time.
This one's pretty exposition heavy, but I didn't mind since it fleshes out the world and gives the gang more time to interact. The scenes with Mary were a nice highlight.
Another solid episode with a good mix of action and story. The soundtrack really sells the mood, and like the last one, there are more twists starting to come in.
This is probably the most action packed episode so far. The action isn't particularly flashy, but there's a lot of it. The story doesn't progress much, though the new mysterious characters and twists definitely kept me interested.
This one had a nice mix of action and exposition. I liked how they dug a bit more into the past without slowing things down too much, and it got a lot more interesting once they talked more about the new villain. Definitely one of the more engaging episodes so far.
Pretty good episode for me. I like how Mary and Tetsuro work together. Their dynamics are really good. Sure, they act differently than Juzo but they prove to be valuable in this episode. A little sad to see harsh realities, though.
I guess this episode was pretty normal for me. Things slowed down and it's just on the right pace for the viewers to get a little breather for the story. A lot of yapping and less action but it's quite good to see how they normally live their lives amidst the chaos in the city.
Again, they could've done more with the pacing of the story. This episode answered some of my questions in the series and we got to see a different side of Juzo. However, I think it's just a normal episode for me and didn't made more impact than the rest of the other episodes.
A bit of a slow start with minor action and some slice of life moments between the gang, but it gets more interesting halfway through the episode. The soundtrack has really grown on me, it sells the mood well, and you can feel when things start getting serious.
The pacing in this episode is quite slow for me. I think they could've covered more of the story. I liked the fight scenes because we got to see more of Juzo's abilities and I think we haven't seen him fight seriously yet. I still don't know if Kronen is a good guy or a bad guy, though.
