My Senpai is Annoying

I understand that Igarashi is too innocent, and she’s not very clear about her own emotions, so sometimes it’s hard to empathize with her, especially because she’s still emotionally immature. I remember that in my early 20s, I was probably a little like this in romantic situations too... but I still feel like I want to push her a bit so she can be more brave. Actually, her whole circle is basically doing that already! Everybody knows! Come on, Igarashi! Next episode is your last chance! On the other hand, Sakurai and Kazama are carrying the show! They just need to make it official, and that’s it.

Omg Futaba felt so insecure, she wanted to know how she'd look if she was more "developed". It's so cute.

My favorite character is already Tsukishiro, I really wonder if that was vodka or if it was water like she said lol 😂 loving the animation too the art style is so cute

As the last episode, it was a bit painful to see that Igarashi still can’t completely accept her true feelings, because she deserves to be loved, yet it’s like she can’t fully process what she feels. However, this is a very human thing. It’s part of the process of growing up, acceptance, and self-love. Love is never easy, and to be loved, you need to let that love enter your heart. Unfortunately, she had to get drunk to finally let her feelings out, but you know what? It’s okay. She’s going to be okay. And Takeda will be by her side.

If last episode was the peak of the side characters, this time it features the peak of Futaba and Takeda’s relationship. It was interesting to see their first meeting together and was funny to find out their dynamic was very natural from the start. I got to admit that Igarashi’s character is one that annoys me. They should’ve renamed the series to “My Kouhai is Annoying”. Takeda is the GOAT!

This is probably the best Kazama and Sakurai episode thus far. The romantic points are great this episode and I love it so much! Just freaking date already! I do admit that Futaba’s outbursts are starting to annoy me. Its a good thing that the side characters are really carrying this show. This is an episode to watch because of the development of their relationships.

It's a pretty well paced episode with a side of sports animation in it which I adored. Also, compared to other anime, they actually got the right form to shoot in basketball. It's complete with both comedic and romantic moments, especially for the Kazama and Sakurai shippers. A good episode overall for the series!

I will rate this with a five star in visual purely because of Natsumi's sexy physique. Other than that, its a generic summer vacation episode with a minimal development in character relationships. For people who wants to watch the series, this episode is safe to skip and is mostly for fan service.

A perfect title for an episode where our friends are simply living an ordinary day, while we get to watch their lovely friendship grow. It was supposed to be a basketball day between Sakurai, Kazama, and Yuto, but in the end, the whole group joined together to play. Kazama turns out to be a great basketball player and Sakurai... well, she’s starting to get serious about her feelings.

As with every beach episode, we get some fan service, but in the perfect amount so it never feels uncomfortable. Lots of activities, relaxation, food, fireworks, and even some confessions. I still can’t stop wondering if Igarashi and Takeda’s relationship is actually going somewhere or not, while our favorite office couple, Sakurai and Kazama, keep flirting with each other.

The highlight of this episode is definitely Kazama and Sakurai's date. I love how the side characters have a better romance going than the main characters. I do find it annoying that those guys that hit on Sakurai wouldn't take hint but it perfectly sets up Kazama's progress with Sakurai. A good episode for the Kazama and Sakurai shippers.

Watching how Futaba and Natsumi met was very endearing. You can really tell that they are so close now because of their shared experiences. This episode's use of flashbacks is healthily done which expands on the plot but doesn't overstay its welcome by being too long. A pretty entertaining episode thus far!

Igarashi's Grandpa is the MAN! So far, the best side character in the series. I love his banters with Takeda. They're literally the SAME GUY! This is a purely comedic episode with some heartwarming scenes. Episode is highly recommended to watch if you are a fan of the series.

Everybody in the office gets holidays for Golden Week. Igarashi and Takeda spend the day together, while Sakurai and Kazama get a chance to grow closer and probably intensify what they feel for each other, in a very slow-burn way, of course. Happy moments, some small revelations, and the feeling that everything is moving in the right direction.

It's the valentines episode! I found this episode to be equally comedic and sweet. I do find Hijikata to be particularly annoying this episode, other than that, its a vital episode to watch for the Kazama and Sakurai shippers. Props to the art team for the gorgeous visuals of the chocolates for this episode.

The plot of the episode seems to be generic. While it does not progress the relationship of the characters that much, it does a good job of showing the characters that they care about each other even outside work. What I love about the episode is the contrast of the characters reactions towards their respective home visits. Overall, a good episode but something that can be skipped if you just want a progression on the story.

In this episode, we can see more deeply how Natsumi and Igarashi built their friendship, how it began, how they showed their weaknesses to each other, and how those weaknesses allowed them to support one another. There’s also a very strong message about following our passions even when we are not perfect, and how some people are there to help us see those qualities in ourselves.

Igarashi’s grandpa appears for the first time! Both Takeda and her grandpa clash with each other, competing because maybe they have more in common than they think. I have to say, it’s quite wholesome to see that Igarashi has two strong figures who are there to protect and take care of her.

In this episode, Igarashi and Takeda don’t carry the main conflict around Valentine’s Day. In fact, she makes some chocolates and gives them to Takeda, and everything goes well with it. However, the real romantic tension here is between Sakurai and Kazama. Kazama acts weird during the whole episode after a misunderstanding, and all the emotions surrounding this day are focused on this couple. In my opinion, I like how Sakurai and Kazama feel like the real office romance, while Igarashi and Takeda are still a couple we’re not sure are truly meant for each other.

Igarashi is not feeling well. Takeda notices it and decides to go to her apartment to bring her some food and drinks. The poor thing is so sick that she asks Takeda if he can please stay with her. - I felt so sorry for her =,( - The next day, Igarashi feels much better, but now Takeda is the one who’s sick. It’s time for Igarashi to return the favor! (The story is nothing more than, but it somehow makes everything feel so wholesome)
