A Star Among Them
The episode opens with the captivating presence of Ieri Silk, a popular actress whose commercial enchants. Her playful imitation of the product's tagline is mirrored by Riye, one of our main characters, showing a charming connection. Miku and Riye are ardent fans, discussing her recent drama and the enduring quality of actors from earlier eras. Their admiration is quickly overshadowed by Saki's dramatic entrance, announcing a major incident, which turns out to be Ieri Silk's arrival at their school for a TV program.
The Drama Club's Moment
Ieri Silk graciously bows to her team, displaying a humility that surprises Miku and Riye, who are peeking from behind a hedge. The manager reveals Ieri Silk is there to film a TV show, helping the drama club with their upcoming performance. Miku expresses clear jealousy that only drama club members will interact with their idol. As the announcement calls the drama club members to gather, Miku encourages a nervous Riye to embrace the opportunity.
The Silk Exercise
Inside the club room, Ieri Silk introduces herself to the nervous drama club, kindly inviting them to call her 'Silk.' Saki, the club president, is so overwhelmed she can barely speak. Ieri Silk then leads them through a simple 'Silk Exercise,' a graceful routine to calm pre-performance jitters. She reveals her own struggles with stage fright, confessing her legs tremble and her mind goes blank before shows. This candid admission surprises Saki but allows Ieri Silk to offer genuine support, urging them to work together and saying, "You're not alone! Let's do our best together!"
A Dress with History
Filming for the TV show begins, and Ieri Silk learns about the drama club's unique play, 'Cinderella and the Middle Schooler,' which merges classic fairytale with contemporary youth. She is captivated by the premise. Gotoh, the costume and props담당, proudly presents the centerpiece: a beautiful light blue Cinderella dress, passed down through generations of the drama club. Ieri Silk notes a tear in the fabric, acknowledging it as a sign of the many feelings it holds. She even offers a practical suggestion, a pannier, to give the skirt more volume, which Gotoh happily accepts.
The Unseen Struggles
Miku and Riye, still hoping for an autograph, are too hesitant to disturb Ieri Silk during her break, until Ipo's frustrated head-banging accidentally calls her attention. After signing their 'Prekit notebook,' Ieri Silk learns of their 'Kyuatto Detective Agency.' When the girls confess their struggle to find cases, Ieri Silk shares her own story: how she balances high school and acting despite parental and agency concerns. She tells them, "Don't give up," a phrase that resonates deeply with Miku and Riye, inspiring renewed determination in their detective endeavors.
The Shadow on the Rooftop
Meanwhile, in a dimly lit auditorium, a bored villain, Agasei, lounges on a throne. She is tired of inaction, but Cure Arkana remains calmly content. Kagari, another villain, consults a glowing magical book, and Agasei springs to life with a triumphant cry, eager for mischief. As the welcoming party preparations buzz with excitement, Agasei appears on the school rooftop, eyes glowing green as she observes Ieri Silk below. Mimicking Ieri Silk's commercial, Agasei then winks mischievously, a clear sign of impending trouble.
A Race Against Time
Just as the main performance is about to start, Ipo's frantic shriek signals trouble. Gotoh appears, distraught, crying that the Cinderella dress is gone. Miku and Riye bravely step forward, volunteering their detective skills to find the missing dress, reassuring Gotoh it is not her fault. To their surprise and delight, Ieri Silk offers her help, declaring that the dress, imbued with everyone's feelings, must be found. With only ten minutes until curtain, Ieri Silk takes the stage to buy them time, leaving Miku and Riye to investigate.
The Feathered Clue
Miku and Riye question Gotoh about when she last saw the dress, learning she was only away for five minutes. They confirm with Saki that only Gotoh had passed through the hallway, the sole path to the club room. They confirm the director, cameraman, and manager were too preoccupied with work to notice anything amiss. Realizing the culprit must be one of the three adults, Riye uses her 'Purikit Voice Memo' to broadcast that the dress has been found. This leads the confused adults down the hall, and Riye's observant eye catches a white feather, which expands into many, revealing the answer to the mystery.
The Villain Unmasked
Armed with their newfound understanding, Miku and Riye confront the director, accusing him of taking the dress. The director attempts to evade their questions, but Riye's insistence that they heard the broadcast prompts him to drop the act. He reveals himself as Agasei, a villain annoyed at being seen through, and transforms the beautiful Cinderella dress into a swirling black vortex. Outraged, Miku and Riye transform into Cure Mistic and Cure Phantom, ready to retrieve what was stolen.
Victory and Lasting Bonds
Cure Mistic and Cure Phantom engage Agasei in a dynamic battle, ultimately defeating him and restoring the Cinderella dress. Saki, Omori, and Gotoh rush to retrieve the dress, overjoyed. Ieri Silk, the cameraman, and the manager watch, clearly impressed by the girls' hidden powers. Approaching Miku and Riye as they return to their normal forms, Ieri Silk humbly asks for their autographs, cementing a bond of mutual respect. With a final encouraging word, Ieri Silk inspires the girls to continue their detective work, leaving them with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence.
EPISODE REVIEWS

The new character introductions keep the main storyline entertaining. The comedic moments are light as ever and not too cringey

If I was a kid, this might probably be one of those episodes I'll remember til adulthood. The actress trope is very engaging

Unique storyline with that guest star introduction but the case flows like every other episode. Pretty basic. The mystery part wasn't bad, but not too great either
