He accepts this with a self-satisfied grin, though he quickly becomes more serious. He explains that his creations, like the "Pre-Kitt" accessories, are the result of extensive research into "cuteness." Hanamaru then has a sudden inspiration, suggesting they open a shop.

Hanamaru excitedly pitches the idea of transforming the empty second-floor room into a shop for Jetto's cute creations. Yukana quickly supports her, seeing the potential. Jetto is hesitant, stating his inventions are for detective work, but Yukana argues that a shop would bring customers past their detective agency, making them known. The true leader, Phantome, appears, seated on a throne and holding a glowing book. He dismisses Hanny's bravado, ordering him to focus solely on stealing "truth jewels," a task Hanny receives with obvious frustration. Laira, a tall, elegant figure, watches on with her fox-like companion Rai Rai, expressing concern about how they can gather jewels without encountering the Precure.

Back at the agency, Hanamaru and Yukana enthusiastically begin cleaning the designated shop space. Hanamaru visualizes shelves full of products, while Yukana suggests decorative flowers. Meanwhile, Jetto is in his workshop, intently crafting heart-shaped bottles, which he proudly calls a "Pretty Smile" creation. A small, cat-like creature appears from a puff of smoke and performs a "Pretty Smile" pose, transforming the bottles with a magical pink glow, imbuing them with charm.

Hanamaru and Yukana peek into Jetto's workshop, curious about the "Pretty Smile" effect. Jetto is slightly embarrassed but explains it as a finishing touch, "packing the special power of the fairies" into his creations. He then reflects on his past, showing a flashback of his younger, kitten-like self. In his youth, he believed function was paramount, until a wise senior kitten, Senior, taught him that inventions should also enrich the heart and create smiles. Jetto received Senior's goggles upon graduating, a treasured item he touches with a contented smile.

Niji, the green-haired villain, appears on a nearby hill, spotting the detective agency and the newly opened "Pretty Holic" shop. He expresses surprise, then a sly determination, planning to "elegantly steal" from them. The shop opens, showcasing Jetto's colorful creations. Customers, like Chiyo, happily purchase items, and the shop quickly becomes a bustling success. Hanamaru and Yukana are thrilled, and Jetto is visibly proud. From a distance, Laira watches the successful shop with a thoughtful, almost longing expression, before turning away.

As Hanamaru and Yukana prepare to close the shop for the day, the door suddenly opens. Laira enters, her presence immediately commanding. She declares, "Pretty Holic no shouhin, subete watashi ni kureru wa," demanding all the shop's products. The girls are shocked and confused by this unexpected and forceful request. Jetto steps forward, directly confronting Laira and asking her true intentions and why she desires the Pretty Holic items.

Laira explains her longing for cuteness, revealing a past where she watched other girls with yearning. Jetto listens thoughtfully, then whispers to Hanamaru and Yukana, developing a plan. Laira challenges them, which the girls accept with determination. Jetto activates a glowing device, and Laira transforms, her eyes radiating power. Hanamaru and Yukana transform into their Precure forms. A battle ensues, with Laira attacking fiercely, but the Precure block her. They counterattack, and Laira is defeated, transforming back and looking vulnerable as she reiterates her desire for cuteness. Jetto nods, understanding her deeper motivations.

The Pretty Holic shop continues to thrive, with Jetto and the girls happily working together. Surprisingly, Laira is now seen amongst them, smiling as she contributes to the shop's success.
