Synopsis
Medaka Kurokami is, in the truest sense of the word, perfect. Beautiful, intelligent, and athletic, Medaka's dream is to make others happy. So when she runs for Student Council President of the prestigious Hakoniwa Academy, winning the election with 98% of the votes is only to be expected. The very first thing the boisterous new president does is set up the "Medaka Box," a suggestion box allowing students to submit any kind of request for assistance. Together with the cynical Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, her childhood friend who has been strong-armed into helping, Medaka fulfills these requests at a ridiculous rate. For every job completed, she adds flowers to the student council room, with the aim of filling the entire school. However, the two are about to find out that helping others may be a lot harder than they think as they begin to uncover a devastating plan centering on the academy and even Medaka herself!

Bueno un final que hace mucho enfasis en la protagonista y su forma de combatir todo, la verdad no me gustó del todo, pero al fin de cuentas es un cierre.
Siento que en este episodio hemos visto mucho mejor el personaje principal,entefieor le han un desarrollo que comparando con los episodios del principio ha dudo muy evolutivo.
Muy bien episodio, simplemente increíble la verdad que creo que es el mejor episodio que he visto hasta el momento.
Ya en este episodio pudimos ver la diferencia de ideología que tiene los grupos dando a entender que es inevitable este choque entre ellos.

La verdad es entretenido, se me hace muy innesario las connotaciones sexuales en este caso de las chicas de este anime y más sí es estudiantil. De resto me parece chévere.
A lackluster ending to a season but still captures the essence of Medaka's student council that helps everyone that was instilled in every member.
This really shows Medaka is not all perfect but a powerful human being with flaws and imperfections, but her innate goodness comes through in the end after her climactic battle with Unzen.
A very good episode, but it had pacing issues. Loved Medaka's character arc, but this episode was a bit anti-climactic. It isn't suited to be the end, the last episode was better as a conclusion to the show.
Unzen really is unhinged by the qualities and conviction of Medaka, causing him to take drastic measures and also giving Medaka no choice but to retaliate.
A refreshing change of pace from the usual antics, the clash between the two groups regarding their ideals is inevitable while also displaying the absurd physical capabilities of Medaka.
The episode is filled with laughs and funny tropes while also reinforcing the more positive qualities of Medaka, while the trouble between the student council and the disciplinary committee might be brewing into something much bigger.
A rather whimsical episode, but the new student council member seems to be fitting in and has great chemistry with them along with standard anime tropes.
A rather realistic problem regarding money that anyone could relate to is conveyed with passion and in a jovial way in this episode, and a new addition to the student council is a surprising but expected addition.
