Synopsis
The samurai are a very important part of Japan's history, and to be related to them in any way is probably one of the most inspiring things that a young high school student could hope for. Kawakami City is well-known for having many samurai ancestors among its citizens, and is generally surrounded by an atmosphere of fighting spirit, loyalty, and dedication to work. In Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!, the students of Kawakami Academy use this knowledge on a daily basis, whether they are studying for exams, competing in sports competitions, or making sure that they take very good care of their traditions. Yamato Naoe is one such student, and his six closest friends (three boys and three girls) make up the perfect team for friendship, rivalry, and motivation. However, even samurai have weaknesses. Although the balance and long friendship of their group has been undisturbed for a long time, when two new girls enter the group, things start to get a lot more interesting. Not only must they maintain what they think is the samurai tradition, but they must now also do it with a lot of "distractions."

Definitivamente voy a comenzar a desconfiar de los animes que empiecen con demasiada acción. El primer capitulo prometió peleas épicas, grandes estrategias militares y un colegio lleno de tensiones. Recibimos chistes flojos, peleas que no iban a nada y un final anticlimático con peleas recortadas sin estrategia.
La tensión en el harem llego al punto máximo así que para saber quien se quedará con Yamato recurren a un duelo! Mientras tanto Yamato lleva la trama más politica sobre sus hombros.
El drama del harem ha alcanzado su punto máximo, las chicas ya no se andan con rodeos y ahora lo están dando todo por su amor por Yamato. Otro round para las lesbianas revolucionarias (estoy sorprendida de la cantidad de representación de género y raza que hay), ojalá hubieramos tenido más de ellas durante la serie.
Hemos conseguido contexto sobre las enemigas además de poner en perspectiva lo peligrosas que son, lo único que lamento es que a las enmascaradas las hayan nerfeado y ahora solo sean un alivio cómico. Por un segundo temí que volvieran a Momoya una Marie Sue, pero hasta ahora parece que si han puesto limites para sus poderes, así que confiaré en que será una batalla épica.
Que buena pelea! Dos guerreras que han trascendido el limite humano de diferentes maneras, pero lo han logrado. Sin embargo, mi parte favorita es que vamos avanzando en la trama y han explicado al menos algunos detalles de personajes y sobre como llegaron hasta donde está, siguen siendo diálogos larguísimos pero al menos aportan algo.
¡Por fin algo de acción! Este si es un capitulo que vale la pena ver. Retomamos donde lo dejamos en el capitulo 2, reencontrándose con las traficantes enmascaradas e iniciando una pelea llena de explosiones.
Nunca más me burlo del relleno de Naruto. Vamos a la mitad del anime y no ha pasado absolutamente nada de la trama desde los 30 segundos del segundo capitulo. Con los otros 45 segundos del capitulo de hoy, se supone que armemos una trama.
The whole season itself is a let down, so very far different from the 1st episode. I guess i expected too much from this anime.
