This really shows Medaka is not all perfect but a powerful human being with flaws and imperfections, but her innate goodness comes through in the end after her climactic battle with Unzen.

A great episode, and a monumental addition to Medaka's character. We finally get to see her as a person with flaws instead of an ideal angel like person. The animation is spectacular, and the writing is good.
