sheesh this episode warms my heart. for the obvious reasons. in total, i love this anime and the message behind it. them protecting their rights in reading and expressing themselves through those books and their ideologies. definitely more inspirational than controversial.

i can’t tell if Satoshi is to be trusted or not. but i guess it works for now. i really don’t understand why they have to go all out like that. such a waste of resources and time. what in the world was that ending. gosh. i was all giggly last episode and suddenly we came to this?

omgomgomg another ship is sailing and i luuuuv this one more than the other. i mean i love both but this one is just a damn beautiful pair. Tezuka better not mess this up. what in the world was that treatment though. i don’t understand why those girls have to be like that. so damn annoying. that was a satisfying ending. at least for now.

lol im enjoying this episode a little bit too much HAHA i mean we all knew who that person was from the start right. so seeing it finally being uncovered and seeing her acting like that just makes it fun. all these awkward interactions are just chef’s kiss HAHAHA THAT LAST SCENE THOUGH OMG HAHAHA the way she reacted got me rolling. i would be acting the same way ngl.

man being Kasahara is definitely tough. being targeted like this gotta be exhausting. and there goes the shorty and his nagging ass being the knight in shining armour ohohoho but that wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be no? anyway, i still felt bad for Shibasaki. it could have been a cute encounter sheesh

hmmm i don’t know what’s going on but we’ll just ride with whatever’s happening right now. and i haaaate to see that. Shibasaki is obviously feeling it…gotta super tough for her. that damn dude. why did you have to use such a cunning way to get to her. and im super proud of Tezuka do far. he better stays that way.

i just love it makes so much sense to protect book that way. although people might think they’re over doing it, literally going to war for books, but it’s justified when you think of how precious and important the content is. not Komaki just finding Kasahari hilarious in a difficult situation though. he legit be laughing in front of them LOL he really had no worries. Dojo was holding himself back HAHAHAH we all knew what he wanted to do and someone definitely used his cable OHOHO

lol Genda was really there to just butcher Kasahara in front of her parents. purest intention ever though. gotta agree with her mom about Shibasaki. she’s really pretty and just captivating as hell. kinda evil sometimes but in a good way lol her being all worried about them finding out is definitely valid. cause who would have thought your daughter doing all that instead of just being a mere librarian. and the dad interrogating directly like that really didn’t help. but he’s really cool though. the fact that he found out and still decided to listen. it really shows how a dad’s roles differ than a mom’s when it comes to being there for their kids.

of course Kasahara would pull off something genius like that. she may look dumb sometimes. or most of the time lol but she could be trusted too you know. and of course that shorty would feel like shit. as you should. don’t be getting too emotional now hun. you should’ve at least controlled your mouth. also Tezuka finally chilled down and it was kinda cute though. ngl.

i love how kind Shibasaki is but still super straightforward. she really doesn’t sugarcoat anything and just says what is true. but guess who else doesn’t sugarcoat a single thing he says? that short ass dude. gosh. he just runs his mouth without a single thought. man that was something. like again, i understood what was happening and why but damn.

nauuur not the bear. she really did that lol without hesitation. after all that complaining HAHA also that Tezuka should really just calm the hell down. i get how he could feel dissatisfied with having to work with someone who’s just totally incompetent when he’s working his ass off to be perfect. unfair treatment i’d say. but chill with the direct insult brother. especially in front of your superiors. damn. balls. glad we have angle Shibasaki. and that tsundere Dojo. BUT WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED IN THE END OMGOMGOMGOMG I DID NOT EXPECT THAT AT ALL THE HELLLL

i dont know what about this anime that makes me feel like im watching exactly an ‘animated comic strip’. like do you even get what i mean? like that’s exactly what anime is i knowwww but what im trying to say right now is…it feels like super 2D. like im reading a comic but it moves LOL in a good way ofc. it’s probably the drawing style but it feels so much like im reading instead of watching. also it’s the layerings i guess. the way the characters seem to be layered on top of the background instead of blended in…if that makes sense. anywayyy, interesting concept. so random but also makes complete sense. also this shorty is not only short but also short tempered lol he’s really doting on her. but that height difference really cracks me up. been fun so far.

A great series overall with themes of freedom of expression and sacrifice for duty in a what-if setting.

One of the highlight episodes, in my opinion. Intense emotional cues and action-packed scenes along with high-stakes decisions are condensed in this episode with a bold ending for major characters.

Another unexpected episode regarding rank and discrimination in many organizations, and Kasahara seems to be in the crosshairs of the harassment while trouble regarding the Library Force's assignment seems to be brewing behind the scenes.

A rather unexpected exam episode with Kasahara getting conscious at Dojo and Shibazaki and Tezuka getting even closer. Overall, it is a very different episode and more like a rom-com compared to the others.

I love that the finale doesn't forget what made this series stand out in the first place. It takes a little time to reflect on everything that's happened while reminding you why the Library Defense Force exists at all. It wrapped things up in a way that felt satisfying without pretending every problem magically disappeared. Now I just wanted more time with this cast.

Yeah... this one had me locked in from start to finish. After all the buildup, seeing the team finally face a mission that feels this important was so satisfying. The tension just keeps climbing, and even the quieter scenes had me thinking something was about to go horribly wrong. Definitely one of my favorite episodes.

I really liked seeing the team work somewhere outside their usual comfort zone. The change of setting keeps things fresh, and the episode spends more time challenging Kasahara as a person than as a soldier. It was frustrating at times, but in the kind of way that made me root for her even harder.

I thought this was just gonna be an exam episode but it ended up being way more fun than I expected. Everyone is stressing over the promotion test in completely different ways, and the quieter moments honestly stole the show for me. It balances comedy, awkwardness, and a little bit of romance without ever feeling forced.
