Tanikaze is definitely getting more likeable with each episode. He didn't need to go after Hoshijiro and put himself in danger, but he chose to. Even when he didn't know what the outcome was gonna be. The action was lacking, but this one was still pretty interesting and honestly quite wholesome<3 The visuals were pretty too!
We finally got some answers about Tanikaze's background and his grandfather. It also shed some light on the captain, making it much clearer why she puts so much trust in Tanikaze. This episode was a nice breather after that previous intense one, but it didn't feel boring at all since we got to see those great moments between Hoshijiro and Tanikaze
There isn't anything wrong with the episode. I feel like there's a good heap of info here and yet it's as if it wasn't delivered in a way that really helped the pace of the show? Hence why my rating is a bit low this time. Maybe another rewatch would help, but for the most part I am glad to see how things turned out for Tanikaze here.
